Horrible customer service. My son accidentally left his phone and when I called to get it, the guy stated that I stole one of his towels. I let him know that there’s no way I did that and to please let me back in the room or I was going to call the police. He said they had already cleaned the room (I was only gone 10 minutes). I started to call the cops and he let me in the room, it was not cleaned yet, and all the towels were there and he handed me my son’s phone and I left. Worst experience of my life. Their phone lines are terrible and you the intercom they talk through are hard to understand. Incredibly rude and tried to take my son’s phone and lied to me. He apologized once he realized his missing towel was hanging on the hook in the bathroom but that does not excuse him holding a phone hostage or lying about cleaning the room. Completely unacceptable.

Decent room, decent price I spent 2 nights in a smoking king room..I don't smoke but it was the cheapest room available. It didn't smell too awful like cigarettes which was nice. The room was tidy and I didn't see any bugs or anything out of the ordinary. It was quiet and I wasn't bothered. Housekeeping was friendly and the host was straight forward and friendly as well. It's right by the bypass so the highway noise is obvious but not awful. Convenient to stores and shopping so that's a plus. It's back away from the main road and not busy. Basic amenities. I would stay there again. Just your average hotel room. Not fancy or updated, but comfortable.

Noticed roofing shingles missing this old property which is not well kept. Had to check in using what looked like a bullet proof window which you slide your ID under. The window was located outside the lobby, under a drive thru., Felt like I was in the ghetto. The room had a heavy smell of cigarettes. Bathroom tub had numerous cigarette burns along the top of the sides. Looked like some smokers had placed their cigarettes there while bathing. Can't say how clean the room was otherwise because we didn't stay. I will say the owners did give me back the NON refundable fees with out any issues. They said I must have clicked on wanting a smokers rooms when I booked online. I didn't but doesn't matter since they still gave the refund. It is one of the cheapest in what looks like a great area. So maybe this is what you get for this price range.
