Super 8 by Wyndham Springdale AR

The room had an horrible smell and the underskert to the bed had dust on it I asked them to change my sheets and they just remade the bed. They didn't have breakfast like they said either and the front desk night lady was just a horrible person.

Should have known from the “now hiring housekeeping” sign out front, and the empty filthy pool. Worst experience I’ve had at a hotel ever? I don’t usually do this but have to warn others!! There were weird rusty colored stains on the sheets, a cigarette burn and the top sheet wasn’t fitted to the bed properly so it came off to reveal yellow stains that our feet had to touch. Extreme dust from years of neglect right on the box spring near our pillows. Wires falling out of their boxes. The chair in the room was covered in deep cig burns. The vent in the bathroom has never been dusted and it’s caked in it, and the ceiling in there is scary as well. We had to stay one night but checked out 2 days early. The person at the front desk Bobbie? Was extremely hostile. Called me a liar. Told me she would give me a FULL refund but then lied about it and only gave me a partial refund I still have yet to receive. Never been treated like this before by a hotels staff or is she the owner? YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

Room was very clean, my white socks stayed white! Staff was very pleasant and room was updated and quiet. Slept well. Sack breakfast was perfect to go breakfast.

Stayed 3 nights for Bikes, Blues and BBQ in October. Pleasant folks at front desk and also housekeeping. Room looked clean, but smelled musty. Carpets perhaps? Other than that-great!

I had a smoking room to begin with but it smelled so strong of tobacco, I switched to a non-smoking room and smoked outdoors. Breakfast is a to-go bag at the reception desk, which was a little insufficient for me but okay. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Staff were very friendly. The lobby and room were nice and clean. Easy to get in and out, very convenient location.

We came for one of the busiest weekends at University of Arkansas. But this place was like a hidden gem in Springdale-15 minutes from UARK and a great price. It was remarkably clean and comfortable and convenient for the price we paid. And the front desk staff was so nice and helpful. We really liked this place! We liked it and it didn’t cost us a fortune! This will definitely be our go to place when Fayetteville is crazy crowded! Maybe even when it isn’t!

The rain was nice. Breakfast was not about a four maybe three, but I would stay there again. The people are friendly little noisy. Every room needs to come with a fan.

Daytime desk clerk was rude to start off. Charged my card after I paid online . Stated I’ll get my money back withinn 10 business days. Such an inconvenience.
