Peace and comfort awaits you at this spacious 4 bedroom 2 bath that sleeps 8, located in a nice and calm neighborhood. Master BR. poses king size bed, walk-in closet and own bathroom with shower. 2nd. BR. queen size bed, 3rd. BR. queen size bed, 4th.BR. full size bed. Linen closet fully equipped for all guests. Laundry room with washer/ dryer, soap, iron and board. Kitchen with beautiful granite countertops with upgraded appliances: Stove, Fridge, microwave, toaster-oven, coffee maker etc. Cupboards and drawers with lots of pots and pans, dishes and utensils. Family room: cable TV, WIFI, phone and a Bar to relax and even enjoy a bottle of fine wine(on the house). Dining area is spacious and seats 6-8 and leads to the patio and pool area to relax, eat, swim or simply splash. James is the GOAT! Met us at check in and gave us info on the wifi and amenities. He was genuinely interested in our singing group retreat, so we chatted for a bit. Great location! Would consider a return visit!

Our stay here was great. James was quick to respond to my texts. He met us at the house to give us the keys and show us around. The pool was a bit cold but we still enjoyed it. The kitchen was great and stocked with everything we needed. The house was very clean and nice. I will stay here again when in the area.

From the moment I booked until the day we left, James was the most attentive host I’ve had for any property I’ve stayed at. The home is beautiful, very clean and a comfortable place for family to come back to each evening. We were in the Homosassa area for a family funeral and we appreciated the home to be together but have our own space as well. Highly recommended and if in the area again we will return! Thank you James!

The best experience ever This was the first vrbo I ever stayed at. We had everything we needed when we arrived. All we had to get was food. The property manager was so welcoming and pleasant.

James was amazing! He walked us around the house and showed us where everything was. The house was spacious and smelt pleasant. Very close to stores to purchase the items we needed for our own comfort and was available if we were to need him. We will book this house again on our next trip.

James is very welcoming on arrival, the house and pool is beautiful. The neighbors tend to play very loud music in the morning but wasn’t that bad, you can’t use the blankets on the beds so it’s better to bring your own blanket since he has throws in the closets. Overall I was very happy with my stay, he also takes out the garbage for you
