"Great location near the centre of town and within easy walking of all the major sites. Delicious breakfast buffet served on the veranda with a good selection. The lemon tart was especially tasty and baked that morning by one of the staff. There’s a Lidl nearby if you need to stock up on picnic basics, and a couple of lovely restaurants within a 5 minute walk… La Torretta and Cantina de’ Corvi… highly recommend both for delicious dinners."

"Front desk staff friendly, but experience went down from there. Tiny room smelled musty, bathroom smelled worse. Fridge was left dirty. Shower too small and I’m a petite person. Sink had no counter space. Breakfast was very poor with canned fruit, coffee from a machine, mostly sugary starches. To go down hallways when dark, u have to find the wall light switches. Even then, lights don’t stay on long. I had to use my phone flashlight to find my room. "

"Location: Very good. Staff: Everyone is very friendly. Restaurant: Good, but portions are small. Pool: Small, closed at 7 PM, but when we arrived, it closed at 6 PM. Rooms: Comfort room, which should have been slightly better than the standard. First floor, view of the wall/bush. Mold in the shower, neglected terrace, bare, and full of cobwebs. Double bed with two single beds joined by sheets, but they charge a supplement for a twin. Curtains have several stains from dead mosquitoes. Breakfast: Small and lacking in quality/variety compared to other, much cheaper hotels. This review is based on the price of this hotel, which is certainly too high for what it actually offers."

If you stay in the apartment, know that it is accessed separately from the hotel up a cobblestone alley, is in a large, brick, vaulted room and does not have windows. "We recently visited Spoleto and stayed at the Clitunno hotel ,it was not a great experience I am afraid we did not find staff particularly welcoming j the room was small ,tired in spite of some renovations not a dressing table to put toiletries , breakfast was poor emphasis on cakes no hot buffet ,a small choice of cold meat (2) had to plug in the toaster plug on the floor and only one selection of bread indifferent staff very disappointed"

"Experience to forget. We stayed the weekend of April 27-28. Classic room, with PVC shower cubicle, broken and rusty, not eligible for a 4 star rating. We went out for dinner in Spoleto and on our way back, around midnight, we found the unthinkable: the restaurant room, which is located a few meters from the rooms, had become a disco with DJs and loud music. Hundreds of 18-25 year olds were dancing and drinking alcohol around the facility. The noise continued until 4 in the morning and did not allow us to sleep. The parking lot was full of cars and motorbikes. We called the front desk several times to complain to no avail. How is it possible that a relais surrounded by nature, with a spa and wellness center, can organize such an event? We should have made a complaint to the police, but we didn't want to ruin our stay further. Shameful, at the time of payment they didn't even offer a discount for the damage caused. We will never return. Except for the wellness center staff, who were very courteous and professional."

Aamiainen oli kevyt mutta tuore ja terveellinencroissants, kotitekoiset hedelmäkukat, tuoreet mehut, erilaisia kahvia, jopa joitakin kotitekoisia juustoja. Erityisesti arvostettiin "rehellinen baari" sen mukava valikoima viinejä. Nautimme muutamia lasit ulos terassilla ja viihtyisä olohuone. Suosittelemme, jos etsit rentouttavaa paikkaa ajattelevien isäntä."
