The reason I am writing this POOR review is that they charged me TWICE for my stay. Once while I was there and then a second $2,000 "cancellation fee" on my American Express card, while we were actually there. The desk said it was a mistake and they would take care of it. It is now 6 months later and it still has not been credited. They emailed me that they refunded the charge to my Master Card. I NEVER USED A MASTERCARD AT THAT HOTEL!!!!!! I have no idea whose Mastercard they credited, but it certainly wasn't mine. They won't answer their phone and will not answer my email. Do not stay there unless you want to pay twice!!!!
