Really enjoyed my stay here, the staff are super nice and helpful. Perfect location as well. I am too lazy and I hardly write reviews, but I'd fully recommend this place.

客房打掃的很不乾淨，浴巾上有上一位客人的頭髮，但是前台服務人員訓練有素，熱情好客，早餐種類較少，但品質較高，酒店房間很新，設計為地中海與現代風格的結合，非常舒適且安靜，地段離老城區很近，由於入住是淡季，所以前台為我特意升級成了帶露台的房間，總體入住感覺不錯，值得推薦

Nice hotel for a reasonable price. We are Accor diamond members, and we were entitled to some perks, upgrade and some other treats. Nevertheless, the hotel is very clean and has a nice view of the city.Rooms are modern with very good lighting, which is often a problem even in a 5 star hotel. Personalised breakfast, with all kinds of goodies available.

Really nice hotel, good service, location is not far from local shops but also the main square, the room was very clean the bed was lovely and soft. The hotel rooms are very stylish. All in all, i would highly recommend this hotel. Also very stylish rooms that are quiet.

Amazing EVERYTHING!
Total comfort and service of the hotel and staff. Perfectly relaxing after long walking days in the beautiful city of Split.
Impeccable cleaning. The staff incredibly nice and made us feel at home after exploring Croatia.
Harder to find a better location, as it is a 5’ walk from all the main points of interest and Old Town.
The breakfast has everything anyone can ask for.
100% recommend

We loved our stay at the Heritage Hotel Fermai! The hotel was absolutely beautifully decorated and clean. Beds were comfy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Quick and easy walk to split old town. I enjoyed the accessibility by car from the airport and being able to be within a quick walk of the main Split area. Bonus points for how good the body wash/lotion smelled!

Classy with a young vibe and stellar staff. This small boutique hotel is a treasure - a short walk to the Diocletian Palace. It is clean, quiet, comfortable and charming and I would have liked to stay longer. Breakfast service was beautiful and the staff the most accommodating I have experienced. Special thanks to Branimir, Ivan and Lissette for their kindness and excellent customer service.
