Stayed here before our early flight , pleasant staff , only problem we had was with others staying , a full football team with adult and teenagers, teenagers banging doors and shouting when they arrived and again late at night as our flight was early hours , they were asked to be quite by us but didn't so we reported to reception who said they've had a few complaints so they had a word with the team leaders

I've stayed at this hotel a few times, and it's always been fine until recently. Dont usually do this, but the attitude of the supervisor on reception her name was Alison i told her i was going to make a complaint but he didn't seem bothered this is unacceptable she was quite rude, and her response to things were not very nice it used to be a nice hotel also the night staff are very nice maybe you should change your staff around.

We stayed over Easter weekend to visit family that lives nearby. Lia and then team looked after us so well. They were quite busy with a group of youngsters staying over as well but it's nice to see the quality of the service didn't falter. The nice friendly smiles of Praja and Kai were there to greet us both when we arrived and at breakfast. For sure one of the most lovely and welcoming hotels. Will return!

L'hotel è comodo per l'areoporto a soli 3 minuti. Le camere sono silenziose pulite ed ordinate. Il personale è gentile e discreto. La colazione includetela perchè è ricca e ben servita

This would be a 10/10 if it wasn’t for the problems guests were having with their door and lift cards, which constantly had to be re-registered. This meant a lot of going up and down in lifts to sort out but staff were very helpful - it wasn’t their fault.

Really quiet for being so near the airport. We had a very good night sleep. Amazing value for money!!! Totally recommended!!! The staff were very pleasant and helpful too!!

Clean, quiet basic accommodation. The bathroom was in good working order and very clean and the bed was comfortable. The food was unimaginative but a reasonable price. Overall, the hotel was unpretentious basic accommodation done well at low cost.

The location is good as you would expect for an airport hotel. We were able to catch a bus from Liverpool One- and walk to catch our flight- around a 15 minute trundle with our luggage. Check in smooth, staff pleasant, room clean with a comfortable bed. Luckily nice and quiet when we stayed and we paid £47. Spot on. Thanks guys
