The Red Lion Hotel

My wife and I recently had our wedding reception with the team at the Red Lion with 34 of our closest family and friends. We cannot thank Kirsty and the team the most, they set up the room with decorations we provided which was done beautifully, the food was absolutely superb and they catered the menu to our wants and needs, we were able to play our music through their sound system and provided us with bar staff. All staff were attentive to our needs and made us and our guests feel welcome. We stayed in room 28 that night too and the staff have placed confetti on our bed which was a lovely touch, the room was warm and comfortable with everything needed. Pleasant stay, lovely room

Good twin room which was very spacious. Good facilities including tea and coffee. Very good value for money. Right in centre of Spalding so walkable to all shops and other bars and eateries. The only negatives for me were the room was quite hot but the window couldn’t be opened and the bed was a bit in the hard side for me - but that’s down to my personal choice. Otherwise all good.

Attended for a work Christmas party. 18 of us and we pre-ordered. Very well organised. Food splendid, plentiful, great selection, good quality and came out piping hot. Great selection of drinks and very quick service. The team were exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend and I can be hard to please!

Small double room Clean, compact room with everything needed for a short stay. Air conditioning was a bonus as the weather was very warm. Plenty of hot water
