VVieraskäyttäjäThe best I would say. Stayed here only one day as I was travelling to Ooty and Bangalore. The hotel is just so nice, peaceful. Their staff are well mannered, when we came they served us with welcome drink, thanks to Ranjan. They were so humble. The room was spacious, the bathroom was nice and clean. The buffet was perfect. They had various food and many options and not forgetting the live tea and coffee station. We really enjoyed their hospitality. Very highly recommended. If I come back to Mysore, I’ll definitely stay here again. The best. Thank you Arcor for making my stay a pleasant one. 🙏❤️

VVIVEK MENONSLocation little far away from city.. They did provide an Early check in upon request... Parking can be little troublesome...but overall hotel amenities were good and staffs were cooperative. I will recommend this to any one with medium budget and needs a decent stay

AAnonyymi käyttäjäUnfortunately, the level of this hotel has decreased. The following problems are currently being observed:
- the quality of service suffers, it's trivial to forget to clean your room, which I haven't seen anywhere for a long time.;
- they forget to bring the laundry without a reminder;
Previously, these problems were not observed.
A separate problem, which unfortunately was present before, is breakfast. By the time breakfast is opened, most of the dishes are missing, the omelet tastes poor, there are practically no dishes for Europeans, and those that are quite mediocre. In general, there is not even a choice of vegetables for breakfast, you can take either an omelet, baked beans, boiled eggs, or oatmeal porridge (unfortunately, they cannot cook it properly). Everything else is local food that is interesting to try, but it is problematic to eat it daily, taking into account other eating habits and diet. If you stay for more than two days, then you should think about where to have breakfast. By the way, regarding breakfast, I completely did not understand why such a false sign stands near the restaurant, as you can understand that logically, according to experience, by 10 a.m. the load will be the highest and breakfast will be a separate task, you may not even be able to find a place for yourself

Unpleasant customer service upon check out on 8/11/25 at 9 am. I was standing in queue waiting but the staff ( can’t really recall his name think it’s Sairik ) just ignored me and attended to another guest who came later.

VVieraskäyttäjäI had fabulous experience with Miss Grace who gave relaxing massage. I had gone for deep tissue massage and only when she started massaging I realised how stiff my muscles were, she knows all tricks of the trades in the sense she put pressure at all the right points of the body, to begin with, some pressure points were painful but after the massage one feel like flying. She was amazing. The place is good in terms of cleanliness but they can create better choices of music and diffuser. Overall, Grace compensates for whatever was missing. Thank you Grace thank you Club Mahindra😊
