"After a long drive from UK, we wanted to stay somewhere near Calais and this was perfect in every way. Parked (free) outside and were welcomed by a friendly lady on reception. Our room had a huge bed (2 singles) and was immaculately clean. The bathroom had a large bath and a long soak was just what I needed. The room had everything we needed and we chose our breakfast items and it was waiting for us the following morning - which we enjoyed whilst admiring the lovely view. Perfect!"

"Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einer sehr interessanten Einrichtung. Es war etwas kompliziert, mit einchecken, da die Rezeption sich in einem anderen Gebäude befindet und zum Frühstück muss man auch ein Stück ins andere Gebäude laufen."

"Nice location however the hotel car park it is not well signposted. Average breakfast for the price. No drawers in the room no minibar or fridge, very basic amenities for a 4 star hotel. The shower door in the bath went beyond the bath edge and allow water to go on the floor creating a paddle in the bathroom. The restaurant was a bit of a disappointing experience considering the price to pay for a mediocre dinner. The staff are completely oblivious to guests requests or suggestions. We ordered the deep fried squid and they were just served as finger food, piping hot when I asked for a plate to transfer the squid from a napkin cone with kitchen foil propping the squid to make it look plentiful, I was told tge you have to eat it with your fingers??. Pepper steak that tasted and looked terrible, the steak was cooked to the right temperature however burned on the outside, the so called peppercorn sauce was just a pan wash, no pepper at all, no stock or seasoning, it tasted like water and salt. I had a bottle of red Burgundy that I drink regularly and to my dissatisfaction on tasting the wine it was unbalanced, when I pointed this out to the staff, the wine was taken away somewhere in the back, the waitress then returned to say that her colleague had said that the wine was fine and that decanting it would correct the wine. The decanter was clearly chipped on the rim and I objected and requested at the least a non chipped one. The wine didn’t correct. Apart from the company of my wife and the garden surrounding all the rest was very unlike of what a 4 star hotel’s restaurant should provide. The grounds of the hotel are very relaxing and comfortable,"

"環境不錯，游泳池要預約。"

"Great location, literally 8 min away from euro tunnel. Great place if you are travelling with dog, loads of green to walk your dog. The food in restaurant is average and really overpriced., breakfast is good and nice that children are free of charge. €30 charge for dog is the most expensive price I’ve ever paid!"
