"很喜歡房間裏的小卡片，才知道酒店門口這棵樹這麼有歷史～衝著新開的酒店臨時決定來的真嘟非常不錯，這裏服務人員都超級熱情！住其他同等水平的酒店一般衹有經理熱情其他的員工都帶淡淡的牛馬感（沒有説牛馬感有錯的意思哈哈哈哈），這裏真的所有工作人員都超熱情～特別舒服早餐也不錯對象幹了兩碗餛飩！伶俐小姐姐真嘟非常nice服務真的都非常及時，小小的建議就是建議買電動擦窗機器窗子外面擦一下，景色太好啦窗子不擦太可惜了～等大奇山風景區開了過來玩的時候再來住一天嘻嘻～"

"This place is nice, but i would not consider it a hotel. It’s somewhere in between a B&B and a hotel. The rooms are pretty ok in size and come with balconies, the aircon is strong enough for the hot summer days. However, be prepared to be far from any food or drink delivery! It is really remote. It has a great view, although they tell you they have a hotspring it is man-made u could just order the room with a bathtub it will be similar, and not need to pay 500rmb for it.  The in-house food is not bad, I would recommend to order one day in advance. They also offer for 500rmb, barbecue services which i think is outrageous as it does not include food cost. The beds in the room are very very uncomfortable. If u have a bad back, just go for the international starred hotels. They have huge big insects coming in at night, do be careful not to let any of them in at night."

"房間不見陽光，過於陰森的感覺。申請做了一次升級調整，才這個水平，讓人失望。我專門又向攜程平台做了申訴，依然沒有解決問題。酒店的狀況，跟平台展示的房間狀況不一樣，酒店前台還明確説，我在攜程上預訂，就是衹能給這樣的房間。我是常年外出旅行的旅客，這種狀況十分罕見，不愉快的心情，可想而知。"

"I chose this venue because it was the nearest 5 star hotel to OMG activity park and also because we were celebrating my eldest sons 12th birthday. The accommodation was 5 stars amazing! Our room faced the peninsula and had a fantastic view. The bed linen felt very luxury soft. The food was top quality ingredients. The outdoor swimming pool is maintained to a very high standard. Finally the service was impeccable all round. Special mention goes to Sky who attended my every needs and made the birthday boy feel extra special! He prepared a birthday cake surprise for my son which turned the day into an unforgettable birthday. Many thanks to all at Conrad Tonglu"
