"第一次來啟東，從上海開車自駕衹需要兩個小時，路況也很好。在攜程預訂了恆大威尼斯五國温泉酒店，選擇了土耳其獨棟帶私湯的兩人房。管家小張提前加了我微信，把來店導航路線和注意事項都發給我了。酒店接待時間是下午兩點，我們一路順暢，一點就提前到了，管家小張已經在酒店迎候我們了，沒有辦理入住就先行讓我們進房間休息了，感覺很貼心！這是土耳其風格的獨棟，進門感覺空間挺大，有花園有私湯，還有汗蒸和按摩房間，有歡迎水果。挺不錯的，管家小張把有關事項都介紹很清楚。這裡是恆大威尼斯度假村，距離碧海銀沙和黃金海岸都很近，自駕衹需要幾分鐘。
晚上吃好海鮮回來有點晚了，管温泉的師傅已經下班了，管家小張幫我們聯繫師傅再次打開温泉，泡了私湯，很愜意！
知道我們想趕海後回來洗漱休息下，管家小張很關照我們，特別安排兩點退房。總之，這次啟東之行，酒店預訂入住滿意，管家小張服務也很滿意！"

"我們一家三口訂的家庭房，帶室內和室外温泉，是一層的別墅。房間裏乾淨整潔，有一張大床和一張單人床。室外的温泉池是方形的，不大，室內的池子也不大，感覺適合一個人在裏面泡，兩個大人的話，稍微有點擠。温泉水的温度有60度，比較熱，水沒啥味道，源自深海2500米，堪稱中國第一。家庭房裡，有免費的歡迎水果和飲料，瓶裝礦泉水的話，喝完還可以要，是免費的。我們晚餐就是在酒店的中餐廳裏吃的，住店客人，可以打九折。我覺得每個菜都做了很合口味，海三鮮（帶魚黃魚鯧魚紅燒），魚非常新鮮，醬油調味也很好！小炒黃牛肉，芹菜和牛肉片都好嫩，特別好吃！推薦大家可以嘗試下。自助早餐是中式的，小餛飩、麪條、小菜包、發糕都還不錯！特別好吃的感覺是炸豬排，外酥裏嫩，好香！整體入住很滿意，下次還想再來！"
