Laguna Beach Resort & Spa

I know it's near the end of the season but that's no excuse for the lack of amenities available. The indoor pool and jacuzzi are not heated. Food is running out and not replenished ie tea bags, coffee machine not working, no ice cream or pizzas in afternoon. The food is always cold and poorly cooked. The beach is dirty and not looked after. Half the sunbeds are now chained up for the winter. The bathroom is very dated and in need of repair. On the whole an awful place in a very dirty area with nowhere to walk

Our first time in Bulgaria, transfers were smooth and hassle free. Arrived late night on going into the room plates of food and fruit had been left for us. Hotel clean, staff very friendly, location awesome. We would recommend this to anyone

Eccoci qua per il quarto anno consecutivo. Bellissimo sito , bellissimo giardino botanico con una bellissima piscina pulita e confortevole e con una spiaggia invidiabile. Queste carte devono essere giocate bene e sareste sicuramente vincenti. Premetto che ho una certa età e venivo in questo sito perché avevo riscontrato una buona cucina, e nessun interesse per il mare. Quest'anno a spegnere ogni bella intenzione c'era LA non CUCINA, indescrivibile la mancanza di capacità del cuoco e domando alla direzione se hanno mai assaggiato la Sua cucina che mi è parsa al palato assolutamente VERGOGNOSA. Sono rimasto stupito e credo che la incapacità del cuoco Vi abbia fatto perdere un cliente. Francamente e sinceramente dispiaciuto. P.s. Se cambiate cuoco fatemelo sapere avete ancora possibilità. Un ex VS affezionato cliente

The rooms and scenery is very beautiful but the staff espacelly from the restaurant is very rude and bad with you. I Will never come again after this experience because of the bad behaviour of the personal. They got me the food when i want to get food from the restaurant.they don t have the emapaty and this matters a lot. Over all, I don t recomande this place I Will post it all sites

We arrived about 9pm after a long day’s travelling from Scotland so we were both very tired my pregnant fiancé especially! The receptionist told us the restaurant was open till 10pm so we went up changed and came back down to get a quick bite to eat before bed. The restaurant closed at 9pm and the waitress was rude and escorted us out! We then went back to reception and she then said yeah it’s 9pm not 10pm they stop serving! As my fiancé was pregnant and she had to eat I went across to the petrol station and bout a sandwich and some crisps to keep us going till breakfast. After a couple of days I noticed the air con wasn’t chilling the room down and any shape or form so I complained to the reception staff. They told me to come back when staff had changed over…….. Went back the next day and complained again and they said they would call the technician. 3 days have past and went to complain a 5th time tonight and she just said we will call the technician again! I’m currently in a boiling hot room with the balcony door open with screaming children outside!

The hotel was very clean. The non slide pool was quieter and more room with sun beds, We spent all our holiday here. The small slides for young children looked great fun but the water coming out was so harsh that my 4 year old grandson would not go on the slides, which was a shame because he would have loved it. The lifeguard around the pool I had a big issue with, he was creepy and 1 point he took my grandson’s swim suit off so he was naked and he watched him continuously. The room was ok but the aircon was crap. The breakfast was good, everything you could want, lunch was better at the snack bar but evening meal was not good, very repetitive, pork and chicken and I had to put it in the microwave to warm it up. The restaurant staff very miserable and pushed their way through. A lot of people were conned with the drinks in the mini fridge as they thought it was free. The blond barman at the pool was great and the bar staff in the hotel were good. The entertainment team were very good, we saw a couple juggling and the banter between them was very funny and the guy who did Queen was excellent. There was a bar just outside the hotel which had great atmosphere and very cheap
