In the district of Rosia Alta 6 km from the centre of Sovicille, 13 km from the centre of Siena, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position in the residential district. In the house: central heating system, burglar alarm system. 500 m long narrow motor access. Parking on the premises. Shop 100 m, grocery, supermarket, restaurant 300 m, bar, bakery 100 m, café, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Rosia" 300 m, railway station "Siena" 13 km, sandy beach "Follonica" 70 km, thermal baths "Rapolano Terme" 40 km.
