We arrived at 3pm and was welcomed by Max and Alex . we checked in and was offered a selection of breakfast options, from Full English . poached eggs , Scrambled eggs, Omelette and cereal, The rooms was very clean and the bed was very comfy..The host's were very nice and welcoming will definitely be coming back again

We had a lovely welcome on arrival, the proprietors were very nice, we were made a cup of coffee on arrival after our long journey, everything was explained in detail, first impressions were very good everything clean and tidy, our room was a lovely size with en suite, coffee and tea making facilities to hand, a tv to wind down,clean and fresh bed linen and towels, little nic nacs like a pretty notepad,little box of tissues, every you need to freshen up.very happy 😃

This is one of the best guest houses we have ever stayed in. Not only is it immaculate but the bed was comfortable, the breakfast delicious and Alex and Mike were delightful. There is limited parking on site and shops and beautiful gardens are within easy walking distance.When we visit Southport again this will be where we want to lay our heads
