A perfect location Modern, clean and designed for business or tourist stays. A laundry is available at Lobby level along with a cafe and guest microwave oven facilities. Rooms are quiet and spacious. Staff are simply delightful. View from room across yacht club to ocean.

第一天房間從廁所發出渠味通知職員，職員為我安排另外一個房間。冰箱沒有開電源，需要自行開啟電源。執房後忘記給我毛巾。職員友善再給發給我毛巾。房間整潔，將來會再次入住。

CP值高的飯店

I spent 2 nights in Woodroffe hotel. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. When I visit Southport again, I would love to stay in your hotel again.

It was a great experience to be lived in Woodroffe Hotel. The staff are kind and respectful, which makes me feel so good. It is so near to the shopping center and the team station that is suitable for people who travel here without their own car. But the facilities in the hotel are not much, it will be better to have a gym room and laundry for people to use.

Good service and location. Rooms tidy and clean.

Needs some attention to maintenance - water damage and painting . Staff were good

I stayed here for 5 nights and the location was merely acceptable. The amenities were basic, and the King size bed was actually two single beds pushed together. The mattress was of poor quality, leading to significant back pain. Checking in late was a hassle, and there were timing issues with luggage check-in because of the staff's limited working hours. It’s unacceptable to call this a hotel when there’s no one available to assist customers at the front desk. The late check-out hours are inflexible, and the manager’s demeanor was less than approachable. Overall, the staff failed to exhibit a service-oriented attitude.

Находится в не совсем престижном месте, но к этому были готовы, плюс не было пробок как по всему Голд Косту, и проблем с парковкой. Регистрация быстрая, номер на 4 этаже попался, просторный, все необходимое для путешественников было. Утром в номер индивидуально позвонили, пригласив на завтрак (чтобы не проспали). Вокруг отеля - тихая жилая зона. Пешком до кафе и магазинов - минут 10. До пляжа далековато, но также минутах в 10 ходьбы есть остановка трамвая (на нем вдоль всего Голд Коста можно перемещаться).

喜歡這個房間裝修風格，太陽能照到房間。位置很好，旁邊是中國城，方便吃東西購物！

We had a lovely stay at the Woodroff Hotel with mummy last night. Only flaw is that Netflix and YouTube weren't working on the TV, but that's no big deal. The view was lovely since we were on the highest floor and the location was quiet but convenient as we were able to walk to the Australia Fair shopping centre the next morning. Highly recommend!
