酒店位於亞拉河南岸，在房間即可俯瞰亞拉河美麗的夜景。酒店地理位置極佳，距唐人街、聖保羅大教堂、弗林德斯街車站等墨爾本重要景點步行20分鐘內皆可到達。房間按公寓標準設計，廚房很大設施很全完全可以做飯。兩卧室兩衞設定，其中一間還帶有浴缸，既方便家人交流又保有各自私隱非常適合有大孩子的家庭入住。房間乾淨整潔，床品較舒適，入住體驗感很好。除了西式早餐品種簡單了一些外，這家酒店非常值得推薦。

過年就在這家酒店過的，周圍非常繁華，吃飯方便，廚房設施齊備，買東西也方便，關鍵服務人員特別熱情，打掃衞生打掃的很乾凈，洗衣機烘乾機特別好用，非常贊

The room was a really good size. The balcony was at a level where there was no building blocking either the view or afternoon sun - we had to pay extra for this though. The fridge didnt really seem to work, at least the freezer didnt. When putting icecreams in the freezer, they melted, so I turned the dial to cooler and then the fruit in the fridge froze our fruit. We really shouldnt need to adjust settings in the fridge/freezer for them to work. Also the toilet keep running after it flushed. The only way to stop the running of water was to push down on the flush a few times quickly.
