會南安參加我的畢業典禮啊！以前住在marland，經常去朋友的cumberland打牌所以很早就關注到旁邊有這個酒店。畢業典禮回UK直接定了，雖然性價比不高，設施偏舊，但奈何我熟悉市中心這片呀，而且離畢業典禮禮堂應該是最近的酒店了吧！嗚嗚嗚嗚再見了南安～

位於Mayflower附近的旅店，附近用餐方便，去westquey購物、看老城牆也近。火車站步行10分鐘。不過住三天，門口掛了牌子、跟前台打了招呼，也沒人來打掃衞生，這一點就不是很好。去住的話記得提前在附近的tesco買好水，因為樓下vending machine賣的水巨貴。

比較衞生，房間不算小，床比較舒服，早餐還挺好吃，質量也挺好。

我的耳機遺失了，明明我的手機上顯示就在那裡，但是酒店不給找也不負責的，我去尋找耳機態度趾高氣昂，誰點誰怨種，沐浴露和洗髮膏都是一個不知名液體

I stay regularly at Cumberland place and its always great service. Clean and comfy rooms and good showers. Chris is a great member of staff, he is always attentive making sure your stay is up to the standard you expect and that you are happy with everything. Great customer service and always there to help.

Great stay for business. Unwind and enjoy a lovely experience within the hotel. The Staff are great and friendly like Kirpal, Callum, Julia, Manni, Sharon & Urope. The food is very delicious and well prepared by the chefs Will & John. The breakfast is fantastic especially if Joao is there. The man is always smiling and providing great service. The down side of this place is the management, the managers are always grumpy, moody, talking too much and not very helpful. The only great manager they got is Basia, she always smiling and happy to help.
