Great location in the centre of Southampton. Comfy beds and good breakfast.

Clean and comfortable. Especially, receptionists are kind and helpful. My cruise luggage tags can be printed efficiently! Love and highly recommended this hotel.

3 friends, room no aircon, one stand fan so noisy, no sleep! Outside back hotel rubbish everywhere. The only good thing, that westquay mall is nearby

.....a family trip to explore Southampton over Easter weekend. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean, with comfortable beds and amenities, including a coffee machine, great! The boys 'owned' the breakfast room, lol, and my wife liked the bar cocktails. We will stay here whenever back in Southampton.

We took a superior room purely for the coffee machine. The bed was comfortable, great shower, just about enough space, privacy window as the view would have been a brick wall. Very clean.Brilliant helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was not great, no fresh fruit, though the cereal was Kellogg. Just not my thing, I had beans and toast which was ok. The location is good for accessing everything. Whilst I probably wouldn’t visit Southampton again, I would use the hotel if ever I did.
