Southampton City Centre arvostelua

房間有點舊，衞生情況一般，提前預訂所以入住比較方便，位置上離開主街和學生公寓很近，晚上酒店有停車位不收費，酒店有早餐，我們一早趕航班沒有用，不作評論。

裏面一堆蜱蟲，數都數不清，房間潮濕，房間的設施老舊

房間、衞生間大，吹風機、電熱水壺等設施齊全，入住的客房有一張大床和一張單人床，窗户能打開，空調、wifi好，房間非常舒適。離市中心步行5分鐘、火車站步行15分鐘，緊鄰東花園。

房間很乾凈，前台人員很熱情，與人溝通時笑臉相迎，耐心解答問題，房間不算很大，10平方米左右，內配有電熱水壺，捲筒紙也是有的，還有咖啡及糖等。總之入住還是非常滿意。

房間很大，位置也很好，刷卡上樓很安全！設備非常齊全，體驗感很好

Room as expected in a premier inn. Comfortable bed,good insulation so very quiet. Just had a meal on the restaurant. Good pub grub at a good price. The service was excellent. A big shout out for Sara who served us. Very friendly and professional, couldn't do enough for us,she deserves a raise

Wouldn’t be staying at Southampton city Centre. 6 dials again. Bed bugs asked for the bed to be changed came back from being out still not done went to complain said they would do it first thing still wasn’t done so had to speak to another member. Said they would go and do it but they just made the bed didn’t change the bed as asked too

All staff were very helpful, especially James at the bar who gave us cruise tips and the lady who was hostess at the restaurant. The hotel has great decor and is in an ideal location for our cruise tomorrow. Perfect evening stay before our holiday
