Southampton City Centre arvostelua

房間有點舊，衞生情況一般，提前預訂所以入住比較方便，位置上離開主街和學生公寓很近，晚上酒店有停車位不收費，酒店有早餐，我們一早趕航班沒有用，不作評論。

裏面一堆蜱蟲，數都數不清，房間潮濕，房間的設施老舊

房間、衞生間大，吹風機、電熱水壺等設施齊全，入住的客房有一張大床和一張單人床，窗户能打開，空調、wifi好，房間非常舒適。離市中心步行5分鐘、火車站步行15分鐘，緊鄰東花園。

房間很乾凈，前台人員很熱情，與人溝通時笑臉相迎，耐心解答問題，房間不算很大，10平方米左右，內配有電熱水壺，捲筒紙也是有的，還有咖啡及糖等。總之入住還是非常滿意。

Hemos estado dos noches y sinceramente ha sido de lo mejor que hemos visto en nuestras numerosas visitas a UK. Dentro de que los standards de un hotel inglés no son las españolas, es lo más parecido a un hotel que hemos visto. Tuvimos que pedir un secador porque estaba roto y al traer uno nuevo nos dieron además unos chocolates de regalo por las molestias, todo un detalle. Está a unos minutos andando del centro, súper céntrico. Sí volvemos a Southampton sin duda nos alojaremos de nuevo allí.

Be aware that the images on the Premier Inn website are not of this hotel, it is older and much less modern/vibrant than they show, the details of bar, 'The Social', are also not correct, it is not open 24 hours. We arrived early as we were meeting family from various places and arranged to meet in the bar, which as not 24 hours was closed, had to wait in car park. Once in, this is an OK hotel, needs a bit of love and care but it does its job, we needed a place to sleep as we knew we would be out for the majority of the stay. Only major issue was that our shower broke (couldn't turn off) but luckily this could be fixed once we left. The positive is the staff, they are very friendly, especially front desk and bar staff.

Whole hotel needed refurbishing. Beds were uncomfortable with the smell of damp in the room. No reception staff seemed to be around so checking in had to be done on a tablet. Parking on site was impossible with no one around to help. Normally Premier Inns are pretty good but definitely not this one. Despite a very reasonable price, we won't be staying at this one again.
