Whenever I work in Jakarta, I stay at this place and consistently enjoy pleasant experiences. This is why I chose to return. Unfortunately, my most recent stay was highly disappointing, a stark contrast to the wonderful experiences I’ve had in the past. During my stay, Jakarta experienced heavy rain, causing my room in the third floor to flood. The staff promised I could switch rooms the next day because I had already extended my stay, but all rooms were occupied that night. I tried to understand the situation. Despite the staff's frantic efforts to dry the room, it remained damp. I understand that they were doing their best in a difficult situation. However, the inconvenience of having to sleep in a leaking room, unable to rest due to the constant dripping water, was significant. The room was flooded by morning, forcing me to clean up the mess before morning prayer. The issues persisted. The staff promised to move my belongings to a new room, but when I returned from work in the afternoon (15.30), the new room was still not ready. Despite the check-in period having passed, the staff needed more time to verify the room’s readiness. Additionally, the TV in my room has not worked since I arrived. I complained about this, but I have not received a response. In the new room, the water heater didn’t work, but I was too tired to complain. I believe the hotel is in need of significant maintenance and improvements in customer service! As someone who has enjoyed staying here in the past, I am deeply disappointed with how this situation was handled. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements.
