設施比較舊，毛巾可以換一批白色的新的了

Comfrotable and great stay, nice lounge and enjpyed our stay

The location was excellant as it was on top a huge shopping mall, access to lots of food stores and transport. The business lounge was great with meeting rooms available for private appointments. The only issue I have with the hotel is that is cost 3 to 4x more than most 5 star hotels in Jakarta.

What a fantastic stay. Room - spacious, clean, contemporary and comfortable. I appreciate the generous number of hangers in the closet. It’s thoughtful and very unlike some hotels that do not give you enough, either to save costs or to prevent guests from stealing their hangers! So wonderful to step into the room and there was a “welcome home” sign with some cakes etc. Housekeeping leaves little handwritten notes; it’s heartwarming to see the effort they take to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Great unblocked views from the room. Location - great, and right next to a huge shopping mall if you want somewhere to walk around. Food - stayed at the club room and they keep feeding you with a generous amount of food and drinks. Out of nowhere they served me a nicely decorated dessert with dry ice for effect - almost felt like it was my birthday (lol). Health warning - you will not starve but may put on weight! Staff - they are simply excellent. Every single staff is so warm, friendly and professional. It feels like you’ve come home (although this was the first time I stayed at this hotel). I went to the 6th floor restaurant just to check it out (to ask if I could also have my breakfast there, other than the 21st floor club room). Left after speaking to the staff for a minute. Just before I left, I asked for directions to the mall and she offered to show me the way ie go down with me to the 1st floor. I was so impressed. Staff at the Spa were also fantastic. Club room staff were excellent too. They make it a point to remember your name, they offer you assistance, they chat with you etc. Upon check out, they went down with me from the 21st floor to the ground floor and saw that I boarded the taxi with no problem. They bade me farewell with smiles. All of this did not feel forced or artificial. So they are either really well trained (kudos to the hotel management) or the hotel has a knack for hiring the right people (kudos to the management too). Hope I didn’t miss out anyone but basically it’s the security guards, to the doormen, to the restaurant staff, housekeeping staff, front desk staff ie really everyone. Spa - wonderful and relaxing massage, I would highly recommend it. Responsive to feedback - gave feedback about rattling of the air conditioner and also gave feedback for housekeeping to do 2 things; change my pillows because there was an unpleasant smell from a previous guest(s) and do a better job cleaning the toilet bowl. Acted on the feedback promptly. Really great. Downsides? - the hotel is flanked by major roads in front and to the left so there is a perpetual hum of traffic which I could hear from the room. It’s louder at night because fewer cars mean some cars go faster. But I suppose it can’t be helped in a busy city like Jakarta. Conclusion - I’ve travelled to Jakarta countless number of times and have stayed at many of its 5-star hotels. This was my first stay at this hotel and I am a solid convert. Going forward,

Herausragendes Hotel mit großartigem Service. Ich weiß gar nicht, wo ich anfangen soll. Vom Check-in bis zum Check-out spürt man im gesamten Haus die Liebe zum Gast und den Hang zur Perfektion. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Guest Recognition Team/Service Team, die unseren Aniversery Trip so besonders gemacht haben (u.a. Vinny, Rosita). Es war großartig. Wir hatten eine spektakuläre Pacific Suite mit großartigem Blick, die keine Wünsche offen ließ. Die Club Lounge ist, was den Service, das Angebot und die Qualität angeht eine der besten in der wir bisher waren und wir reisen viel. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, um die wunderbare Gastfreundlichkeit zu genießen. Nochmals vielen Dank für das schöne Foto und besonders nochmals an Vinny für die hübschen Kofferanhänger.

The staff was amazing, I would give 6 stars if I can. The location is also in the central location.
