The location of this hotel is the key, right in the middle of south and north goa. It was a pleasure staying in such an amazing property of fern. The room was luxurious and spacious too. they serve excellent food, especially the fish dishes. the best part of this property is there swimming pool. its huge and i had great time chilling in it. They got table tennis and even carrom which can keep you entertained. the breakfast buffet had many options to choose from. so certainly a must visit hotel.

Hotel staff team is very good and we hv meet such a nice staff which name is Vishal he's very polite and nice. And the other staff members are very good and polite. We hv experience such a great day in this hotel..............................

Location, services, staff and food was good. It was a comfortable stay at a very reasonable cost. The staff is really helpful and the food has good variety.

The hotel is neat to verna industrial area. Stay was good and rooms are large in space. The food on breakfast and dinner was good

I had a pleasant stay in this hotel, the room was very good and clean, the staff was very courteous too. Breakfast was very good with lots of varieties.

I visited this place 2nd time it’s was great to see the atmosphere the vibe is the food is great. Lovely ambiance. Srimanta the Captain Bougainvillea greeted us explained about the variety that they offer for that particular day…. It’s overall nice experience.

The property is far away from the beach, approximately 15km away. On mmt, it was showing that it has spa services, but it doesn't. Rooms are spacious. I didn't like the food they served. Complimentary breakfast has very little option to have. I ordered chicken biryani they served me a few chicken pieces with stirred rice. This property doesn't match the level of fern i have stayed before.

Its very darken shady place nobody to escort our bags. We have to go ourselves to reception with baggage. Milk powder of bad quality, sugar crystalised, didnt refilled milk tea sugar. When we called in room. Lunch bhaji, roti and dal, it came without bowl only plates. We happened to go to pool, area to go their was isolated. Health club and spa, cant figure out in property. When we called for bowl for lunch, then till we left we havent got bowl.

Since when we got room made complaints for non functioning of AC in your room in all club room and due to this my wife suffered a long health problem’s due to non functional of AC whole night. Hotel staff assured for resolution but nothing was done till the evening of 04/11/2024. You shifted us in another room where too the AC was not in functioning and you changed the category of rooms also. In view of above your all failed efforts we made complaints to your duty manager and asked for refund We made complaints your staff denied to talk to them. We asked them for hotel food bill additionally consumed by us they denied for giving us for bill which we were ready to pay now after lots of problems and confirmation we all 11 person including children 4 lived your hotel. Thank for your all bad experience service.

Communication about transportation was horrible. But everything was clean and food was good. Not all restaurants were open though.
