Placid Garden Resort

Wonderful stay and very friendly stay. The staff was very courteous and special mention for the boy kishore whose communication skills were very polite. Location of the resort is also very good and central to most of the places around the island. Its not on the beach bit beautifully built. Food needs an improvement and wud make the property stay better. There are near by options for dining also available.

This was one of the best place that we had a stay in Andaman! Amazing service, great food and the owner mr Ashraf was always present at the resort! The ambience of this resort connects you to Nature! Also thanks Dekho Andaman for booking us this property rather than the ones we selected

Awesome resort, the staffs were friendly, nice cozy room and food was awesome. Recommend to and come stay and enjoy the fullest. The rooms are separate cottage like place the room was big and even bathroom was big. And also the outside the resort the vibe was good with areca nut trees and flower garden.

The stay was very comfortable. Very clean and hygenic. The location is very good. The nature of the owner Mr Ashwaq is very nice, he was very helful and cooperative. The food is also very good and affordable.

We three families with children stayed here for two nights recently. It is a very conveniently located beautiful place. One can also book this place by calling directly. The property itself is not so big, but very nice and comfortable with all the non-nonsense amenities. The room & bathroom were neat and clean. The restaurant food was very good. The manager Mr Ashraf was very courteous and very professional. A gentleman and a very nice person. He helped us in arranging for all our local sightseeing trips, so everything was convenient. A big thanks to all the staff, especially the restaurant staff who served us very well. A few suggestions/comments for improvement: The lawn area outside the room had water logging. It will be breeding place for mosquito. The drainage system need to be improved. In an area where people come back to the room with sands from beach, the bathroom floor should have separate sections which will prevent water from spreading all over the floor after use, and maintain better cleanliness. The boat ride to elephant beach offer complementary snorkeling. But it turns out, it is only for show. Actually, it is a trap to lure into buying another ticket for real snorkeling. If the hotel helps arrange the boat, then they probably should tell the guests about it frankly, instead of suggesting the complementary snorkeling (which I think, they know very well what it is). Anyway, it was a very good experience overall and I would recommend the place for anyone visiting Swaraj Deep.
