Eco Villa Palm Beach Resort

I had a very disappointing stay at eco villa beach resort. The receptionist shikha was extremely rude and egoistic, showing no sense of hospitality or professionalism. The biggest issue, however, was finding a lizard in the washroom. When I reported this to the staff and requested a room change, they completely denied it and refused to take any responsibility. Instead of resolving the issue, they dismissed my concern, which was highly unprofessional and unacceptable for a hotel. That being said, the view from the hotel was absolutely stunning probably the only redeeming factor of my stay. However, great scenery cannot make up for poor service, unhygienic conditions, and unprofessional behavior from the staff.

The experience was great and awesome. The facilities are also good. The experienced scuba divers Abhi and Ramesh describes ever So nicely and behaved so well coming. The underwater life is unexpressable . Thanks to the Eco Divers and their facilities for this great and memorable experience .

The position is very central , on seaside, but the power station is too close and so the noise is incessant. We got a cottage in poor condition, with the paint peeling off the wall and moulded spots on the ceiling . Old air conditioning very noisy . Noisy and rusty fridge . The bathroom , quite new, windowless and quite stinky. Very poor WiFi . All this for 65 Euro! The manager and the staff are nice . A simple guesthouse with the price of a good hotel !

We stayed in a bamboo hut at Eco Villa Palm, it was basic, rustic and clean which suited us perfectly. We met all the local wildlife in our hut, but that was part of the experience of staying somewhere like this. The location is ideal, on the sea front with a beautiful view, but also close to town. Sajan the owner was really friendly and very helpful, he sorted us a scooter to rent and booked the government ferry for us and gave us lots of helpful advice on things to see. We had a great time at the villa. Such a peaceful resort and wonderful relaxing view from the resort. We loved every minute of our time there. The staffs were great and extremely helpful. We will definitely stay there again. I would recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful relaxing vacation.

My whole family can highly recommend the Eco Villa Palm Beach Resort. We stayed for 10 days and were super well taken care of by the staff. Very friendly atmosphere and so nice to just enjoy the surroundings around the small private beach. The diving experience was also very professional. We will be back : )
