Hôtel correct mais sa mérite pas 5 etoile j’étais déçus de mon expérience… Points négatifs : Petit souci à l’entrée : pas de lit bébé chambre pas conforme à la réservation ! Bruit de Frigo à la chambre qui empêche de dormir Travaux de bâtiment côté jardin …! Points positifs personnel très gentille et serviable Petit déjeuner copieux Bien sécurisé et bien situé

We have just returned home from our stay at the Jaz Tour Khalif. The hotel grounds are beautifully kept. The staff help to make your holiday enjoyable in particular Ali from the lobby bar, Sabeur in the restaurant, Jamel at the beach bar always happy to bring your drinks to your sun bed. Both beach security guards are extremely helpful. The animation team are good fun especially Alex.. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Improvements would be a few more comfortable chairs and sofas on the terrace.

Beautiful hotel the room is good , delicious food , animation oumayma so kind , we enjoyed the holiday we are so happy , good staf , the beach is very beautiful , the view is wonderful, staf exceptional helpful and friendly no think is to much for them

Nous sommes parties 1 semaine nous revenons tout juste, super expérience. Un gros plus pour Rafik et Thameur, qui ont ensoleille notre séjour. Milles merci à Jihane qui s’est occupée de notre chambre avec attention chaque jour, qui nous ont particulièrement touché. Merci à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel. Hôtel propre et bien entretenu, bien qu’il ai peut-être besoin d’un rafraîchissement. Buffet varié et différent tous les jours et de bonne qualité. Petit bémol : trop de monde.. Nous ne gardons que des bons souvenirs de l’hôtel Jaz et big up à Rafik et Thameur ! Bravo ! Habiba et David !

Les activités sont super (aquagym, yoga) et le personnel est exceptionnellement gentil, drôle et très accueillant L’hôtel est propre et spacieux, et la salle de sport est top ! Je recommande pour un voyage en famille (espaces pour enfants également) ou un séjour en amoureux

If booking an early flight with Tui and you arrive at the hotel for 11am - be aware that check in time is 14:00pm. This may not bother some people, however for me personally it did. Rooms are ok, I stayed in block B and was facing garden with a sea view - it’s a basic sea view, but you can see it. Again this is down to personal expectation- it meets the criteria for the description. Food Times - can be very chaotic at times. I preferred to go down at opening times at 7am or 6:30pm when restaurant opened. Again preference to fresh food and quieter times. The food hall has no separate eating area for quieter 16+ so can be a little stressful when it’s really busy at 7:30-9pm Pool side - best experience overall the waiters and bar staff are all absolutely fantastic. Can’t do enough for you. Pool towels available to be swapped every 2 days. Ask you for room number. Available from 8am for collection from towel store. Lifeguards - special shoutout to Farouk, Every morning collects the bed cushions and brings them to you… very polite and friendly, approachable and you can’t ask for more. I think sometimes they don’t get enough recognition, but would say they definitely do. A la carte - Restaurant- Set menu - food was lovely. Service fantastic. Overall - great service and the staff are brilliant. I would stay and return to Tunisia and this hotel again. Thank you

Hôtel agréable, jolie plage. Activités pour tous les goûts, aquagym, yoga, musique live le soir, les animateurs sont sympathiques. L'espace piscine intérieur est agréable, la salle de sport plutôt bien équipée. Le buffet est très varié et la nourriture est de bonne qualité. Les chambres sont spacieuses.

Bibo au top, toute l équipe au top hotel magnifique serveur Mohamed au top état impeccable animation excellente restaurant délicieux, et service irréprochable, je recommande pour des vacance en famille ou en couple des vacances parfaite

Best part of our stay is staff - throughout the whole complex, very very polite and friendly. The quality of the rooms and facilities are fantastic and 5.*. The evening compare speaks far too quick when talking English and repeated the evening activity with audience participation twice. We all feel that nothing is too much trouble for staff.

L’accueil est parfait. La chambre est très propre car nettoyée avec soins par Jihen. Les piscines sont superbes. L’accès à la plage est direct. Le personnel est parfait. La restauration est très bonne Restez dans la même voie. Merci à tous !
