Good service top

It was a two-day all inclusive stay, but I already miss it. Everything was perfect.

This is a standard all-inclusive hotel in Sousse. It’s a little dated in places but very clean and you can’t go wrong for the price. The staff are very helpful and I love how they include lots of Tunisian dishes at breakfast and dinner. I had a great stay.

Personnels gentils avec bon emplacement

This is the easyJet of hotels. It sucks you in with a seemingly good deal, then takes off every conceivable extra to make up for it. Loads of little annoyances: - zero information in the room or check in about breakfast/dinner times, wifi etc - although the deal says "half board" this does not cover any drink at all, not even water. The waiters came up to me and took water away on several occasions. No water in room, no kettle. They even "accidentally" took a bottle of water I'd bought elsewhere. Pushing for you to buy the all-you-can-drink deal instead. - perhaps related: there were loud and violent fights in the corridors all 3 nights I was there. One night glass in the corridor from a domestic altercation, one night screaming children, one night a guy attacked a girl. I know because the corridors are so echoey that you could hear a mouse fart outside your room. - Nothing in the room. No do not disturb sign, no bag for the laundry, no fridge, no kettle, no hairdryer, AC didn't work. Cleaners came in on day 2, took my pillowcases and bath mat, opened the door to my balcony, and left. Meanwhile there were ***** on the floor. -Staff were unmotivated and patronising. I told reception that the phone in my room was broken and she just looked at me like "and?". I lost an item and staff couldn't even be bothered to look for it in their office. Every time I asked a simple question I got treated like I was clueless and naive, when I'm an experienced solo traveller of over a decade. Pros: the rooms are giant, the pool is nice and the buffet is pretty good. But all the little irritations caused a death of a thousand paper cuts and I was relieved to leave.

The hotel is beautiful, the entertainment team (animation) are so friendly and go above and beyond to help out! Food is lovely, weather and beach are amazing! Drinks are good, lots of cocktail option. Beach has activities near by. Would definitely return here.

Sehr bemühtes Personal die Gastronomie ist 1A Super Show und die Zimmer sind super sauber!sehr individuelle und abwechlengsreiche Show das Freizeitangebot ist ebenfalls super und sehr viele Alternativen die sich jeden Tag anbieten..

Highly recommended if you enjoy on-site entertainment. Everyone is well nice We felt welcomed and we will definitely be back x

My friend, Suzanne and I stayed at this hotel for two weeks. Overall, we had a fabulous relaxing holiday and will definitely return to this hotel. There are however, a couple of negative things that need to be addressed by the management team and for this reason I’ve scored 4 stars. First, dirty glasses left from the evening around the pool area and not cleared until after 9. The man that stands at the doorway in the restaurant in the check shirt can be quite rude and unwelcoming. I’m not sure what he is supposed to be doing. The floor cleaning in the lobby just as breakfast service starts is both ridiculous and potentially very hazardous especially as many guests have mobility issues. There is a serious accident waiting to happen. However, the food choice and quality in the restaurant was great. The waiting staff were outstanding and proactive. In particular, Ahmed Ben Gadha and Wael went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing time. This part was without doubt a 5 star experience. On the last night, our table at dinner was decorated for my friend’s Birthday and it was a truly lovely experience. We really didn’t want to leave and we will return.

Marhaba Club super hotel , bardzo mili ludzi a zwłaszcza animatorzy ,w szczególności Sofia -rozkręca całą imprezę w hotelu, bardzo pozytywna i energetyczna dziewczyna jedzenia bardzo dobre ,czysto więc polecam ♥️

I had a really fantastic holiday in Mariana club , I loved the entertainment and the shows that they do every night !!!!!!
