Très bon hôtel

Although we have travelled here out of season, so full use of certain facilities weren't running, I cannot fault this hotel. ALL the staff were amazing and went above and beyond in particular Achref, Chams & Mohamed. Buffet food was really good a few nights I didn't particularly like the food but this was because of my preference NOT a reflection on the chefs. Definitely recommend booking the camel riding and quad bikes with the hotel rep, incredible value for money and a brilliant day out. If you want to do shopping or Safari find your holiday rep to book. We had the best time and will definitely be returning again. Amazing value for money. This was our second visit to this hotel! Which says it all!! This hotel is lovely! We had a wonderful relaxing holiday, which was made even better by wonderful staff! From our arrival from reception which was first rate, to our departure, always polite & professional! The house keeping we experienced was second to none (Souhir) was exceptionally efficient & delightful! The whole hotel was extremely clean & well presented! The bar staff were also very attentive & efficient! A real big shout out for (Nouredine top bar & Issam pool bar) They are both stars & really looked after us, with nothing too much trouble! The food was great, we always found something really nice to eat! The breakfast cooked egg station was awesome! Sometimes food was a little on the tepid side but there is a microwave ( if required) We had a fantastic waiter, who yet again couldn't do enough to make your vacation amazing (Salah) The rooms are comfortable & clean, with everything you need for a relaxing stay! The animation team where always busy doing something, but we can't be bothered with it, so can't comment too much! Location: for us was great, easy access to Sousse, either walking or Taxi! The transport infrastructure is amazing with loads of options to go places! If required! We had an amazing holiday & we enjoyed so much we are visiting again in March! Very nice hotel. Food is lovely and right next to the beach. Lots of activities around the pool too. All the staff was welcoming the bar staff and entertainment too animation team it’s very good and work hard and amazing amine Haidi malik ……..

I went with husband and 6 year old son from 15 to 22 feb and regretting booking this property to be honest. There were some goods and but a lot of bads. Outside areas and beach, ourdoor pools were amazing and very clean but inside the rooms were so old and dated that even travelodge or premier inn rooms are better. Staff was so unhelpful and few issues in our room were not resovled even after complaining. Food was okay, very repetitive and very limited options. Non alcoholic drinks were almost not available, with only coke fanta sprite for us and orange juice for our son for the whole of 7 days. Beach towels were not provided and we were told off by housekeepong lady for taking our bath towels to the beach. Spa was filthy and i didnt want to go there again. We were lietrally counting our days in the end and couldnt wait to get out of the property which was the last thing you want to do on your holiday. Thanks for ruining our long awaited holiday.
