Awesome location to day trips to Monastir, Kairouan, El Jem and Sousse Medina. This B&B is the cleanest we found in Tunisia, offering the best location to experience the local and unique neighborhood of Hammam Sousse. Great food options! Is has great facilites, awesome tours options and fast internet to make it easier for the guest. The host's passion (Toutou) for this accommodation makes a difference: expect nothing less than a warm and personalized welcome, full of insights and tips to enhance your experience in Sousse and Tunisia.

La chambre est spacieuse, confortable et propre. L'endroit est calme car éloigné du centre touristique. Le petit déjeuner preparé par Majdi est excellent. Majdi est un hôte attentif et disponible, prêt à tout pour donner de bon conseils et nous rendre le séjour agréable.

Had a great time at Toutou guesthouse! He's a perfect host and makes sure that you leave Tunisia with a great amount of knowledge about the country and his region. It's also a place to meet other fellow travelers. Despite Guesthouse is not in the center, it's easy to reach it by taxi. Hammam Sousse is a very quiet area and you can feel local there. Hope to return again! Miguel

Dar Hkaiem,une belle maison traditionnelle lumineuse, très propre ,confortable ,bien équipée avec une connexion wifi . C’est un bel endroit situé près de toute commodité dans un quartier typique de Hammam Sousse ou les voisins sont très aimables. C’est une maison qui incarne l'architecture tunisienne avec sa cour, et ses portes bleues qui dégagent la fraicheur et l'authenticité. L'accueil et le service sont au top avec un petit déjeuner délicieux et copieux préparé par le propriétaire exceptionnel Mr Majdi qui est un homme très hospitalier et généreux.

Parfait endroit pour passer un moment en toute détente. Vous pourrez compter tant sur la sympathie et la disponibilité des hôtes que sur la propreté du lieu, chaleureusement décoré. L'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la ville et ses trésors 🐚

I liked my stay in this classic blue and white arab house which has an inner yard. I felt myself like a king in the castle. All house was just for me. Personally I like to learn about local culture and history, when I'm travelling. Dar Hkaiem is ideal for that. It was a much better experience than staying in a hotel room (which are similar all around the world). The place is situated in the residental area, not very far from the beach and not far from taxi (louage) station. I liked to see closely the everyday life of local people.

I highly recommend Dar Hkaiem . The guest house is really comfortable and you feel joy spending a few days there . People are welcoming and cheerful. Visiting Tunisia makes you eager to know more about its history and culture . So Dar HKaiem is the place where you can meet local people and try Tunisian food .

Ich war für 2 Wochen im Einzelzimmer untergebracht worden und ich fühlte mich sehr wohl und willkommen. Der Gastgeber Majdi kümmerte sich stets um alle Anliegen und war immer erreichbar und ging so gut er es konnte, auf alle Wünsche und Anfragen ein. Ich hatte manchmal Frühstück bestellt und es wurde lecker und frisch zubereitet. Die Unterkunft ist sicher, nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Majdi bietet für seine Gäste Städtetouren an und kann vieles über die tunesische Kultur zeigen und erklären. Man fühlt sich einfach gut aufgehoben, ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen!
