The staff and service were exemplar, the facilities are clean but a little dated

Son unos Estafadores!! Reserve por Booking 5 noches y cuando llegue al hotel habian cancelado mi reserva (que habia pagado por adelantado) por no llegar a tiempo para el check in pese a enviar mensajes previos que habia huelga de tren. Cuando llegue ya habian vendido nuevamente la plaza (que yo habia pagado) y me dejaron en la calle por lo que tuve que salir a buscar un hotel en ese momento. Booking tampoco me dio solucion. La hija del dueño quien te recibe es una maleducada, me maltrato. Por lo que leo en otros comentarios parece que a varios le ha pasado lo mismo. Lamento haber reservado esto y no haber leido los comentarios previamente.

-Stanza minuscola al punto che la finestra non si apriva tutta perché toccava il letto -La pittura sui muri era più vecchia di me -Il Materasso era impresentabile..”acquoso” -Il Lavandino aveva lo spazio appena per le mani(ogni lavata di mani tutta l’acqua a terra ) -Mancanza di bidet!! (Follia!! incommentabile ) -una Tv minuscola forse di 14” (vecchia e rotta) -Arredo vecchio e devastato (Tutto da buttare e ricomprare) -Luci sopra al lavandino non funzionanti -presenza di Frigo bar (acceso ma vuoto) -Mancanza di termos per te e caffè vari -Passaggio ferroviario a 10m dalla struttura e tutto che trema 140€ a notte? Una rapina! Il valore della camera forse era da 40€! Agli stessi prezzi c’erano strutture vicine PURTROPPO già prenotate! Povero me e povero chi ci capiterà!

The stuff is very rude and uncomfortable to communicate with, the reservation process is very bad and they don't answer the phone. Reply to requests, and they don' understand the guests' needs. They're also not honest in financials. I would never recommend it to anyone.

This was my second time staying in a hostel. I was very happy with the out come. I was worried about leaving my stuff in the room since there was no place to secure my stuff but the lady in the front assured me that my stuff would be okay but if I wanted to leave some stuff locked up, I could. AC in the room works great. The bathroom & shower is small. It’s not as private as I would prefer but it’s not a big deal. There’s not much space in the room shared with 6 people but I managed. They do have the option for breakfast for €5 a day but it opt out of it. It’s about at 15 minute walk to the ferry & 7 minute walk from the main town, where the shops begin. There’s good stores nearby where you can get essential necessities such as toiletries. Wifi works okay. At times I had to disconnect to use my own internet because it was very slow or wouldn’t work at all. Towels are an extra €2. Overall I had a great 3 night stay. I would come back here and recommend this place.

We’ve really enjoyed our stay for 2 nights at Le Sirene. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a small issue while staying there, but they sorted it out on spot with no problems, which shows that they care about the comfort of their guests. I would recommend their services and this Hostel. Thank you for making our stay pleasant.
