Casa Laura Sorrento

Abbiamo passato un'ottima settimana presso Casa Laura a mezza pensione. I proprietari sono gentili e disponibili, la pulizia è buona, la posizione vicina al centro ed alla stazione. Il ristorante annesso è ottimo. Unico neo, per così dire, è la vicinanza ai binari del treno, che però non vanno di notte. Per il resto consiglio caldamente anche per il buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

La camera è un po' piccola come il bagno,in 4 persone si può andare in sofferenza, situato in zona centralissima , ovviamente ne consegue che fino a tardi c'è un bel trambusto al di fuori delle stanze. Pulizia nella norma, comodo il letto ed i cuscini.

BEWARE! This place is the absolute worst, they are deceptive and not empathetic at all. I have travelled quite extensively and I have never had to leave an accommodation early until now. Short version, the bathroom had mold as you’ll see in the photos and videos, the hotel refused to refund me a single dime when I stated my desire to leave and I had to leave anyways losing all the money I put into my four nights there plus the city tax fee they refused to refund as well. Longer version, after stating that I had mold in the restroom the receptionist Laura lied to my face and told me that what the bathroom had was not mold despite the photos and videos I showed her, she was not empathetic at all and I felt she was quite rude and dismissive of my concerns. She offered to switch our rooms which I agreed to before we left to the amalfi coast for the day where we would be out of cell service for most of the day. The hotel messaged me via the booking app asking me to confirm that I wanted to switch rooms when they knew I wouldn’t have service, and they told me I had less than two hours to respond in order to have our rooms switched. Naturally I didn’t respond, when I got back we still had the same room and they cleaned up the bathroom but it STILL had mold and they simply painted over the black mold on the ceiling YUCK! We got on the phone with booking and got a new place to stay for the remaining three nights. These crooks took not only our money for the reservation but they also charged us the city fee for all 4 nights despite our only staying there one night. I don’t wish bad on anyone so for that reason I hope you think twice before booking with this establishment.

Quarto muito pequeno para 4 pessoas, tipo 3x3😬! Camas confortáveis. Quarto cuidado e asseado, mas precisa de algumas intervenções no WC Bem localizado e central, próximo da estação e do bus. Não tivemos Wi-Fi nos últimos 2 dias o que me causou algum desconforto, tinha uma reunião online.Tive de ligar os meus dados 🙄! Staff simpático e prestável.
