The upper level features the main living hub, with bifold doors which open onto a spacious deck. This area is perfect for entertaining & enjoying the stunning views. The space The house boasts 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a powder room, providing plenty of space for everyone. There are also two living areas, allowing for separate spaces to relax and unwind. Whether you want to curl up with a book or watch a movie, there is a space for everyone to enjoy. Overall, this modern beach house in Sorrento offers a superb coastal getaway with all the amenities you could need. From the heated pool and spa to the spacious deck and entertainment areas, this house is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach lifestyle. --------------- Bathrooms: Downstairs Bathroom 1: Shower (rain shower & hand held), single basin & toilet: Upstairs Bathroom 2: Shower (rain shower & hand held), bath, single basin & toilet. Bathroom 3: Master bedroom ensuite: Large shower, basin & toilet. Powder Room: Toilet & basin Additional amenities add even more convenience and comfort to the beach house. The electric block out roller blinds in the main living area allow for easy control of natural light and privacy. The gas log fire in the upper level living area provides a cozy and warm atmosphere during cooler months. The 7kw air conditioner ensures that the house remains comfortable throughout the year. The gas cooktop with oven and integrated double fridge in the kitchen make cooking and storing food a breeze. The laundry with a washing machine, dryer, sink, iron, ironing board, drying rack, and cleaning supplies allows guests to easily take care of their laundry needs. The carport provides covered parking for vehicles, protecting them from the elements. Complimentary Wi-Fi is a great addition for guests who want to stay connected during their stay. The microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and other kitchen appliances make it easy to prepare meals and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea. The provision of basic condiments and espresso coffee pods adds a nice touch and ensures that guests have some essentials readily available. Balcony access, large wardrobe space with drawers. 2.5kw split system air conditioner (heating & cooling). Office space (desk & chair). 2nd Bedroom: One Queen size bed, built in wardrobe with cube shelving & portable heater 3rd Bedroom: Tri bunk bed (Double bed base & single bed top). Built in wardrobe with cube shelving. Downstairs 4th Bedroom: Queen bed, built in wardrobe with cube shelving. 5th Bedroom: Two single beds, built in wardrobe with cube shelving. ---- Porta Cot & highchair are stored at the property as permanent fixtures and are available for your use. ---- PETS: Pets are allowed but must have been mentioned during the booking correspondence. Specific information regarding the pet ie type/breed must be given. Please be aware that pets are to be left strictly outside only, if the cleaner finds evidence that pets have been inside (hair), there will be an extra cleaning charge. (please ignore this if you are not intending on holidaying with your dog). * Please make sure to pick up your dog's droppings. This is your responsibility to do this. Please use a plastic bag and dispose of the bag in the outside rubbish bin. * If your dog is a compulsive barker or tends to bark more in unfamiliar environments you may want to consider leaving him/her at home. Dogs that bark relentlessly have been an issue with the neighbours in the past at this particular property. To ensure you have "quiet enjoyment" of the property the owners and management would prefer the peace be kept. * IMPORTANT: There are parts of the property (outside) that are not entirely fenced off. You may need to consider this when thinking about whether to bring your dog or not. We take no responsibility for the loss of pets. ---- GUEST GUIDELINES, CODE OF CONDUCT & INFORMATION STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES OR GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE. (With the exception of children accompanied by parents) Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly the tariff rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this will result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and will result in termination of rental and/or loss of bond. Between 10.30pm and 8am noise levels must not disturb neighbours. EPA enforced neighbourhood quiet hours are from 10.30pm - 8am. At any time there is to be NO LOUD aggressive behaviour, yelling, screaming and or arguing etc. Upon payment to secure your booking, you confirm that you comply with our standard Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement which is included in your booking information. ----- We also require a bond in some cases which is fully refundable after your stay. Weekend and Long weekend Stays may be allocated a late checkout which will be subject to change. If another booking booking comes into the property on the day of your checkout the checkout time will be reverted to the standard checkout time of 10am. Stayz online bookings will charge a SERVICE FEE.
