Die Appartments sind zweckmäßig und sauber, allerdings funktioniert die Heizung nur im oberen Stockwerk und auch dort nur im Bad und im Vorraum, während das Bad unten und die Schlafzimmer nicht beheizt werden. Als ich bei der Rezeption bezüglich einer Lösung anfragte, hat man mir erklärt, dass die Wärme eben nach oben steigt und man da nichts machen könne. Auf meinen Hinweis, dass ich das mit dem AUFSTEIGEN der Wärme nicht verstehe, weil es eben unten ja nicht heizt und damit auch keine Wärme nach oben steigen kann, wünscht man mir einen schönen Abend und knallte den Hörer auf. Ich bin viel auf Reisen, aber ein derartiges "Service" habe ich noch nie erlebt. (Wir haben übrigens zwei Appartments gemietet, die Heizsituation war in beiden die selbe)

If I could put -100 for this property, i would! Worst experience ever, never ever before were we so shocked and disappointed , as after this stay. On top of the stay price, which is over 3K in one week, they charge 90 eur for the cleaning extra, which i think should already be included in this overpriced price, but Ok. And then- after we checked out, couple of hours later we receive the invoice for 180 eur, saying that apartment was extra dirty! What?! During the stay they provide no cleaning, even once a week, so we were regulatly cleaning it daily ourselves, with mop and broom, as we are used to live in clean, not like animals. What kind of “dirtyness” are they referring to that could cost extra 180 Eur? That is a fee for 3 days cleaning I guess. And now the best part- we contacted them immediately, asking for explanation , They promised to call back and explain, or send pictures, because this aprtmrnt was CLEAN WHEN WE LEFT IT. One week they ignore the emails,dont answer the phone, dont call back and we notice today that they simply charged our CC for this 180 eur. This is simply a scam scheme! I dont want nobody to go there and experience what we had! we will also contact our lawyers , *********** to make sure they face the legal consequences, this charge is also agains the GDPR, simply unbelievable!
