The hotel room cleanliness is considered acceptable though not perfect. The biggest disappointment is the breakfast not served in buffet style, but room service instead. Hotel receptionist advised that there are limited customers with few guests only, thus hotel restaurant is not operating throughout the day. In addition, the breakfast sent to room is only available in limited choices. Drinks provided are only milk, no coffee and juices at all. Hotel can’t arrange transport for guests, but only provide contact number. Overall, hotel services are considered lower than expectation.
