"The owner Paul is very kind and very available, the b&b both inside and outside is well-treated and is also very clean; the photos reflect exactly the reality. It is a good location to go to the various attractions or to the lake or even to visit Verona, and it is also a good idea to have breakfast in the room in self-service so you are always free and timeless. "unfortunately not very clean. Excellent location but needs more care and cleaning. the farmhouse itself is very beautiful. Play area not usable (cobwebs, old and untreated wood). Very distracted and unkind staff. Overall a disappointment, as cleanliness is a fundamental condition for me on a trip."

"The atmosphere of the place was very nice, but unfortunately it was quite different from what was shown in the advertisements. The children's playhouse was abandoned, and most of the playground equipment was broken and in poor condition. The TV in the room was very small and had no channels. The internet was very slow, and the cleanliness was below expectations. On the positive side, the housekeeping staff were very friendly and polite. Unfortunately, the hotel manager was not welcoming and did not have a good attitude toward guests. Overall, if I had to rate this hotel from 1 to 10, I would give it a 5 out of 10."
