Sagitario Princesa Playa

Booked this hotel after staying at their sister hotel Gran Sagitario in Cala Santandria last year which we really enjoyed. The staff were really nice again and was a bigger hotel and pool with plenty of sunbeds. There wasn't much show cooking, limited food options and kept running out of food which wasn't replaced, servers a bit miserable too but the staff clearing the tables were lovely, always smiling. The dining area was also full of flies everywhere near the food. Rooms ok. water, tea, coffee in room initially but not replaced when they run out. Entertainment on most nights in the bar but I found the whole place not very good for disabled guests and people with mobility problems such as myself. too many steps and paving in the grounds difficult to manoeuvre. The marina is about a fifteen minute walk but there is the bus right outside if you can't manage that far, same bus goes to Ciutadella too. Unfortunately wouldn't stay here again unlike the Gran Sagitario which was brilliant.

Spent 4 nights at this hotel. Needed a quiet break on my own to recharge my batteries and I wasn’t disappointed. From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted by really friendly and helpful reception staff. The whole hotel was scrupulously clean and EVERY single member of staff I encountered from the bar, pool bar, restaurant and cleaning ladies were extremely friendly/helpful/polite. Travelling alone can be a bit intimidating and awkward (at times) so a huge “thank you” goes to the lovely young man “Christian” who made my dining experience in the restaurant, very relaxed and comfortable. The only thing that was a little disappointing to me was the lack of a view from my room. I was greeted by a huge tree straight in front of my balcony which prevented any sunlight coming through. It certainly wasn’t enough to spoil my day and there were plenty of other beautiful areas within the hotel grounds to sit and enjoy the sunshine. All in all, it was a lovely stay and I would 100% recommend this hotel.

My wife and i were here in May this year and decided we would come back for another little 12 nght break,this is one of our favourite boltholes,Cala'n'Bosch and especially PrincessaPlaya,received a great welcome back from Sylvia and Heidi on reception ,brilliant staff,speak many languages,thx,not much changed from our last review the water in the pool still cool,lol,great welcome from Tipo head honcho in the restaurant along with the lovely Jessica,Natalia and mischievous Hamdi and his magic spray,both the beautiful Sylvina and her new assistant Montse are happily entertaining the masses as the animation team,Sylvina and her husband are also one of the acts (brilliant) for the evenings entertainment,the lively happy bar staff still going ,overall a fantastic place for a break,so relaxed,even though the wine in the restaurant is rather dear we have already booked and paid for a 17 nighter next year,can hardly wait so probably won't,he-he.

Room 418 - Just returned from 2wks at this beautiful hotel, I have no complaints at all..Food was very good, staff fabulous, rooms comfy and cosy, bed was just unbelievably comfortable, close to the harbour and local shops Swimming pool was a tad cold so I didn’t swim this year but did sit and relax round the pool. A few local restaurants near the complex down by the beach, which is only a 5min walk away Thank you to all the staff for a very welcoming and wonderful stay

We booked this fabulous hotel via Jet2 Holidays and what a pleasure it's been for 10 days. The Jet2 flight was on time and enjoyable and the transfer process seamless. A very warm welcome on our arrival and we were taken to our Junior Suite by an extremely helpful member of reception as it would have been difficult to find by ourselves, being in a separate block (as they all are) Perfect peace and quiet with numerous sun loungers and umbrellas. The food? Well...I enjoy my food and this was one of the best hotels I've stayed in for quality, variety and availability. 10 out of 10. The staff were extremely professional, well presented and pleasant. The evening entertainment was just that...entertaining. A couple of evenings were better than some but after all, it was included and the only extras to pay for were drinks and they were reasonably priced All the other customers seemed happy with their stay here too. What a wonderful place to stay. A short walk to a couple of beaches and the marina for shops and plenty of restaurants to choose from although we only only needed a snack lunchtime, being on half board.
