I can't speak highly enough of this place and these people but I'll try. Anna and Vu go above and beyond on a daily basis to keep their guests happy and you can tell they do it because they're genuinely wonderful people. Pros: The rooms are big and spotless, the pool is clean, and it's easy to spend half the day just lounging around the common spaces. The wifi is surprisingly great (I'm trying the digital nomad life for a year so this is very important) and they have free bikes you can grab at your leisure. It's a block from the only real grocery store in town and they have clean drinking water, hot showers, and free tea. Cons: They don't offer free daily massages (joking) I stayed in Phong Nha for a month so I've seen quite a few of the surrounding hostels and hotels. While there are a lot of very nice ones, none have compared to this. I hope this review doesn't sound too gushy--it was written by a real person who was neither asked to nor incentivized ;D
