Pure Salt Port de Sóller

Stayed for 7 nights at this hotel and really enjoyed the whole experience. Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming and did everything they could to make the 'guest' feel wanted. We were served most mornings by Patricia, whose English was a shade or two above my limited Spanish. Together we had a real laugh interpreting each others conversation. Lovely lady who ensured our stay was first class.

Lovely little hotel. Air conditioning needs to be better though as was too warm in the rooms. Rooms too small. Bathrooms tiny. But views and pool were lovely. The area is great location for port de soller the beach and all its lovely restaurants and shops. Should be a bit less expensive for what it is

I would recommend paying extra for the balcony and sea view room as otherwise there is no where for you to sit out and enjoy the view of the port. The buffet breakfast had a great selection, although i had to have my coffee elsewhere as it was not very palatable at the hotel. I would not stay here again due to the sun lounger reserving culture. Sun beds were reserved from the crack of dawn with just a book or a bottle of sun cream which was so frustrating. We had to pay for sun loungers on the beach every day which added another 100 euros to our stay. We noticed most of the beach sun loungers around us were taken by hotel guests too with the same problem. It takes the shine off staying at a four star adults only hotel when people are scrambling for sun loungers. We raised it with the hotel who agreed it is becoming a problem for them.

Pure Salt was a reasonable and pleasant accommodation in Mallorca. The area is fabulous and the hotel is in a prime location- everything is within walking distance. This was a massive plus when eating out and getting to the beach during the day. The hotel itself was nice- room was basic enough but clean and modern in design. The coffee machine in our room wasn’t working and the shower pressure wasn’t amazing but these small things didn’t seem too big a deal given everything else. The pool area was a real stand-out! Really nice and calm atmosphere with a bar serving drink and food. Hotel breakfast was good and staff really couldn’t do enough for you.

Not what I had in mind. “Sea view”… isn’t. My tiny room near the gym is very loud, AC is subpar, and I tried for DAYS to communicate with them prior to arrival and they simply ignored my emails, and never returned calls as promised. Will probably check out early.

We have just come back from a holiday at Pure Salt in Port De Soller and I would highly recommend this hotel. From our arrival (and complimentary glass of Cava) to our departure (with a courtesy room to change for a later departure) it didn't disappoint. The rooms and communal areas were spotlessly clean, well air conditioned and very pleasant to spend time in. The staff in all departments were extremely helpful, sociable and very knowledgeable about the area. Whilst we only had breakfast in the hotel it was amazing with a great food and plenty of choice. The view from our room was amazing!
