Bikini Island & Mountain Port de Soller "Adults only"

Port de Sóller is absolutely stunning it is the perfect mix of natural beauty and relaxed vibes. The food was sensational, making every meal a highlight of our trip. Bikini Beach is pure hippy heaven, so chilled and laid-back, the perfect spot to unwind. The yoga class was exceptional inspiring practice. Three nights here felt just right, and we left completely refreshed. Highly recommend for couples looking for a peaceful, beautiful escape! We can’t wait to go back sometime soon

Welcome drink: None Location: Excellent - easy access to the port Taxi situ: Taxi rank was €45 at 8pm on a Wed night in July. Had booked with Cheap taxis - who never turned up. Guess the clue was in the name. Good from hotel. Late evening & weekends though can take ages. Shops: In the port Water in room: No but a filtered water system at the hotel with bottles to use and refill for your stay Mini bar: Minimal Shampoo/ conditioner: Yes and free suncream Hairdryer effectiveness: excellent Bathroom: Small Bed: Read was really hard beds but I requested a topper and it was super comfy. Room type: Bayside Plus Room Room size: Small - only double beds would be very small for two. Space for cases: Not live out of. Yes for storage. Hanging space: Average Table: No Black out curtains: Yes Air con: Yes good Mirrors: Good amount View: Stunning of the port and pool Balcony: Yes with a hammock or bed Breakfast: Good with amazing views and so much egg choice Pool: Good but needs a second as guests tend to stay at the hotel all day. Shade/ umbrellas: Not enough. Fixed shady areas and only a couple of umbrellas - as despite the sign saying you can’t reserve sunbeds everyone does - by 8am!!! This meant I couldn’t lay out in the shade one day as no shady area left. This was a big and disappointing downside of what is a gorgeous hotel. Restaurants: The pool bar is lovely but super slow service and that coupled with the lack of salads and choice meant I ate lunch in the port more than at the hotel which then means you lose your sunbed. The donkey bar is the best. Amazing views and cocktails. Shame it closes at 12. Same views for Neni restaurant but only open for breakfast and dinner and last orders at 10.30pm. Anything else useful: I loved this hotel from a dinner I had 3 years ago but as only had double beds so hadn’t been suitable for a girls trip (unless you don’t mind sharing). The staff are super helpful but feels understaffed as very stretched. There’s a relaxed and thoughtful vibe from little touches like a postcard to write they will pay and post for you. Then there’s the views. This is a great flop and drop for sun seekers looking for a slower pace.

My wife and I enjoyed a delightful short stay at this utterly charming hotel. There is no sense of the corporate, chain hotel, but high standards are met in all the key areas that make a stay so restful and enjoyable. The staff were all helpful and pleasant, and there were enough to ensure quick service in the bars, restaurants, and reception. Breakfast was a feast- the restaurant is very good. My initial impression was that the bedroom seemed small, but the large balcony gave all the space needed and became a favourite rest place.

We just returned from a wonderful weekend at this hotel, the staff were wonderful and attentive. The breakfast options were above expectations and the pool area was really great, no loud music and great service at the bar. Christau in the main bar was really lovely. My only criticism (for which I deliberated whether to leave 4 or 5 stars but decided that overall the hotel deserved 5) was that there duvets are single even on the double beds! I’m sorry but a double bed should have a double duvet or at least the option of one. That said we will be booking again next year but we will bring our own duvet! We did hear someone complaining that they couldn’t get a reservation at the restaurant but it does clearly state on the confirmation email that the restaurant is not exclusive for hotel guests therefore must be booked.

We spent 5 days at this hotel and found it outstanding. Staff are friendly and attentive but leave you in peace ☮️ Breakfast is better than you can imagine, it has everything you can think of and the quality is great. Bed was comfortable. Everything you need is provided including beach bag, SPF, toiletries. This really helps you to travel light. The hotel was exceptionally clean, all staff are friendly and want to help. The pool area was great, lovely views, beach and pool towels provided, great service at pikkini bar. Free still and sparkling water available at pool and front of hotel. You can see a beautiful sunset a short walk up from the hotel. Another highlight was the music, hearing Ultimate Painting, Belle & Sebastian and Marine Girls made our day. Keep up the great work. Can’t wait to visit again.

A beautiful, quirky hotel in a stunning position where I had a lovely few days break. We were lucky the weather was also stunning. There are lots of positives but also room for improvement Positives Gorgeous position with fabulous views Attractive, quirky decor Close to the port but beware of lots of steps down Lovely pool and great sunbeds. Comfortable, hard beds and black out curtains - I slept really well. Adults only and attracts a nice mix of guests Some staff are very friendly Drinks are pretty good and lovely bar for pre dinner drinks Shower room you can book for late flights etc To be improved Terrible check in at reception I.e. no greeting, no warmth, smiles or information. We were quite shocked. Surely it’s normal to say ‘Welcome to…’. In general the service at reception was really mixed - didn’t feel proactive. Lunch menu is limited. Prices are pretty toppy. Limited storage in rooms and bathrooms - a shelf in the bathroom would be great. We brought in a stool from the bedroom. Some chairs looked great but weren’t comfy e.g. on the balcony. Overall though, I’m planning a return visit as I had a tremendous time but please sort out your reception.
