Le personnel est agréable et accueillant. La chambre malheureusement on a beaucoup de problèmes et certaines choses étaient cassés comme le frigo, la lumière et la porte de notre chambre n’était plus accessible un moment donné à cause de la batterie on a fait des allers retours jusqu’à la réception et attendre les techniciens pour enfin accéder 2h après. Je suis une femme enceinte c’était assez pénible. Niveau transport même si les navettes étaient en circulation toute la journée et la nuit, on était pas souvent prioritaires. Le buffet avait un large choix sauf que celui de la plage était pas climatisé ou ventilé. Sinon dans l’ensemble c’était bien.

This resort left me with mixed feelings - my kids (16 and 21) loved it and would definitely come back, I probably would not: this hotel has a lot of great things to offer, but it is not for everyone. If you would like to know if it’s for you - read on. First, the good stuff. The people working in this hotel are amazing, they took excellent care of us - friendly, helpful, very polite and professional, 5 stars for the staff. The golf carts would stop and pick you up if you were walking, housekeeping staff and buffet staff treated us like VIPs. Check in was quick, but we came late in the evening, so it was expected. Check out, on the other hand, scared me, as this is a huge hotel and many people check out at the same time. However, it was organized perfectly - multiple checkout places, multiple check out stations, so despite large crowds we were checked out in under 10 minutes. In general, the operational logistics in this hotel is excellent, everything was running smoothly, like a cruise ship. The nature - absolutely fantastic. Great landscaping, lash green tropical settings, you feel like being in a jungle. The wildlife - we saw iguanas, capibara, a deer (yes, a deer!), many different types of birds, including parrots, pelicans, then there are coatis, many, many coatis, big and small, including cutest coati babies you can imagine. Watching their antics is an entertainment of its own, your kids will love it. The Festival buffet was really, really good. Not sure what other people are complaining about, there is plenty of food for every taste. The ambiance, the cleanliness, the food, the service, everything was great. The food variety was more than adequate, some of the staples were repeated daily, some changed. For e.g., there were 4 different styles of chicken wings on 4 different days, from crispy to sweet. Soups alone were of great variety and very tasty. Cookies, candies, sweets – abundant and well made. Yogurts, fresh juices were excellent. The only complaint - fresh fruits were available during breakfast, but not during lunch and dinner for some reason. The organization was top notch - the host would find a table for you and walk you over, so you don't need to wander on your own, the lines moved quickly, fresh spotless white tablecloth on each table. On a few occasions, we were not offered drinks until we almost finished our meal, but this was rare. We tried French restaurant and the Stake house, food was pretty good, nothing spectacular, but overall good experience, good atmosphere. The Mariachi band in front of the Mexican restaurant was really good, unfortunately they performed for one night only, I wish we knew, we would have stayed for the whole performance. The coffee house makes great coffee. I liked the fact that bars and coffee house publish a menu of drinks to choose from, so you don’t have to guess. The cocktails in the bars were OK, but not great, basic, too sweet and syrupy. Margarita was my drink of choice, other cocktails
