Catalonia Playa Maroma - All Inclusive

El hotel es bueno y bonito, pero tiene una mala ubicación alejado de la ciudad. Se podría mejorar en la comida y ofrecer comida halal.

First time in Punta MaRoma and we loved it! It’s a small resort comparing to the others that we’ve been to but it has everything. Very clean, staff very nice and polite! The beach has beautiful white sand, no rocks and it’s easy access to the ocean. We cannot control the sargassum but the ocean is beautiful when it’s clear ! We can take a long walk on the beach without looking and avoiding rocks or seashells! Lots of chairs and shades! Not worry to wake up early and reserve them. We would come back definitely!

We had a great time at his resort, on the whole everything was lovely. Here is my honest review. Rooms - comfortable, air con noisy but affective, beds and pillows great, room service very good but could do with leaving a couple more beers and some wine. If you need assistance with your cases on leaving this was a problem and resulted in us carrying them up to reception from near the beach in extreme heat. Beach - beautiful, plenty of sun beds, the sea **** can be a problem but they work tirelessly to clear it. Restaurants - Beloved had the best service, shout outs to all especially Alejandra & Bernaby, all were lovely and attentive. The lunch menu great, evening menu limited. The other restaurants were very hit and miss on service and food quality. Main buffet very good but lacked atmosphere as you would expect. The restaurant app is useless and needs updating. Bars - the bar near the beach was okay but lacked any feeling of service and atmosphere just two hatches that they serve from. I didn’t try the swim up as was always crowded. Reception bar was good. Water sports - needs improvement only 1 hobycat and no bodyboards. In my opinion this is a 3+ star rated hotel, with a few small but important tweaks it could be a 4 star.

O hotel e os funcionários são excelentes, mas a limpeza da praia deixa muito a desejar, eles não fazem a limpeza do sargaço! Tive de ir à praia do hotel ao lado o Secrets Maroma que faz a limpeza com bastante eficácia! Muito triste, estragou-me a estadia. É a segunda vez que vou a um Catalonia e há sempre o mesmo problema com a limpeza do sargaço, não vou voltar

Un très bel hôtel !!! Les chambres Un peu vieillottes et la climatisation c'est le seul petit bémol. Un équipe d'animation au top !! 2 eme fois au catalonia et pas déçus Toujours aux petits soins pour répondre a vos demandes. Si vous aimez les hôtels nature et entouré d'animaux c'est EXCELLENTE

Excelente servicio a la llegada, gracias a la señorita Isabell. El servicio de spa fue muy relajante, felicidades a la srta Alicia por el masaje. Fue un día muy agradable, gracias a todo el staff por este día. La comida y las bebidas super ricas.
