I arrived for my brother's wedding and was hesitant to hand over the keys to the valet, but I reluctantly gave in. The mint condition vehicle I arrived in was returned to me damaged. It was dark when I left, so I didn't notice it until the next morning. My insurance company reached out to the event coordinator, who said they reviewed the video footage and did not see any events where damage could have occurred. When I called and spoke to Holly, she said she would have the General Manager send the video to my email so that I may see exactly what they saw. I waited for the email to arrive, but was completely ignored multiple times. If they are not at fault, they could have easily proved it, but would rather "cover up" their negligence. I now have to pay a $500 deductible, which could have been avoided if they were just honest instead of a bunch of greedy liars. What an expensive weekend April 12th turned out to be! My brother's wedding probably cost the bride's parents $100,000 or more so shame on them for not being forthcoming. If it was a guest who hit my car, they could have proved it and not been on the hook, so by not sending proof of innocence, common sense says that one of their valet drivers most likely caused the damage, and they are covering it up. IF YOU ARE ATTENDING A WEDDING HERE, PARK YOUR OWN CAR!!!!!
