отель с хорошим дизайном, приветливым персоналом, очень удобно расположен по отношению к подъемникам. необычные очень вкусные завтраки. В общем впечатление хорошее, не понравилось что туалет и душ без отопления, было холодно заходить

Hotel recomendable si busca tranquilidad . En general un notable alto y sobresaliente a la limpieza. El notable porque no entiendo porque no hay climatizacion en la habitación. Punto negativo, no se puede ajustar la temperatura de habitación, y en mi caso tuve problemas con el colchón y no tuve un buen descanso, se hundía demasiado para lo que uno encuentra en hoteles con camas cómodas y más rígidas. Desayuno sobresaliente. Un buen hotel pero con esos detalles que por ello no logran mi sobresaliente.

L'accueil est charmant, la chambre (supérieure, vue montagne) est très belle et spacieuse, le petit-déjeuner est excellent et le dîner très bon. L'équipement de la chambre est complet et de très bonne qualité. Seul inconvénient, mais de taille car, le soir, de retour de randonnée, on a envie de se reposer devant un bon film (la vue sur la montagne n'étant plus utile) : la télévision est perpendiculaire au lit !! On est donc installé très inconfortablement et cela gâche évidemment les soirées. Nous l'avons signalé en partant et l'on nous a répondu que nous n'étions pas les premiers à le signaler (pour une chambre dite supérieure !!), mais qu'il n'y avait pas de solution. Si, il y en a évidemment une : laisser la télévision à son emplacement actuel, MAIS l'installer sur un bras articulé, ce qui permettrait, le soir, de la mettre de biais.

I have been staying in Soldeu on holiday with my family and was a walk in customer at hotel naudi for a drink in the late afternoon. I walked in with a pram (and baby) + a 4 year old, so was obviously a family customer from the moment I entered the building. I was not aware on entering, that this was an adult only hotel. I have subsequently been told that this is the case but they accept children into the restaurant/bar. From the outside the bar looked inviting and there was nothing written or verbally communicated to this respect. We ordered nibbles and drinks and spent nearly fifty euros. The staff were completely objectionable and treated us like dirt from the moment we sat down. My children were beautifully behaved, no shouting, no loud noise, no crying and one waitress in particular (Carla) told off my 4 year old for hiding behind a couple of pillows. I completely respect having adult only spaces (and enjoy them myself on occasion!) so if this hotel will not tolerate children, even very well behaved ones, then they need to make the bar and restaurant ‘adult only’. I would happily and respectfully have left if this had been communicated to me on entering. To their credit, the manager came to speak to me and apologised for the experience which I appreciated greatly. He also partially refunded our bill. I will however not be returning and will not be recommending this hotel to others.

Il existe des endroits froids, impersonnels, dans lesquels on a envie de finir rapidement notre séjour... Et puis il y a l'hôtel Naudi où tout est différent. Des chambres au restaurant, du bar à la réception, on y est bien accueillis et le sourire et la bienveillance du propriétaire aident à se sentir presque comme chez soi. Estuvimos 3 noches en marzo (habíamos estado 3 noches en enero en el hermitage) y la verdad es que muy muy bien. Teníamos una habitación mirando a pistas y aunque el tamaño y las vistas no son las del Hermitage, este hotel me pareció genial. El desayuno y las vistas durante el mismo son magníficas. El restaurante es simplemente excelente y la sumiller es la mejor que me he encontrado nunca. Un acierto.
