The hotel is located on the first coastline. The hotel is located 3 km from the center of Sukhum (if you move towards the Abkhaz-Georgian border) and 108 km away. from the Russian-Abkhazian border, there is a public transport stop near the entrance to the territory, from where guests can get to all the city's attractions.
It consists of five separate buildings designed in a modern architectural style. Each building has 2 floors. The room has all the necessary amenities, modern furniture and equipment.
The beach is sandy and pebbly. The wide and extended beach area is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: solarium, sun beds, umbrellas, changing cabins. Various water activities are available: diving, banana riding, jet skiing, etc. There is a restaurant serving European cuisine. The safety of the guests is provided by the rescue team.
