接客が何より良くて、みんな優しくて最初からここにして良かったと思えた。チェックインより早く着いたのに、部屋ができていたので早く入らせてもらえた。 目の前にツアー会社もあって、スキー場も近いから色んなことができて便利。

Majoitimme iglussa, vaikka oli pilvistä emmekä nähneet revontulia, mutta tunsimme olomme erittäin rauhalliseksi ja rentoutuneeksi, kun makasimme sängyssä ja katselimme taivaalle ja ympäröivään ympäristöön. Vastaanottovirkailija oli erittäin ystävällinen ja proaktiivinen auttamaan meitä, kun otimme valokuvia takan äärellä, hän teki aloitteen polttopuut sytyttämisestä, mikä lisäsi tunnelmaa.

palvelu hyvää ja rennon letkeää, henkilökunta rentoja normaaleja henkilöitä. ruoka hyvää, hamppari ja lohipasta maistuivat, aamupala hyvä ja riittävä. Huone sisti ja sauna mukava tunntrissa käynnin jälkeen. Suosittelen tätä hotellia.

Moi et mon mari, nous avons séjourner au Santa's hotel Aurora et nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous avons fait 6 nuits dans les chambres de l hotel et 1 nuits dans l igloo de verre. Et c'était vraiment magique. La chambre est très bien conçu, les lits sont très confortables et il y a même un sauna dans la salle de bain. Nous avons pris une demi pension et on regrette vraiment pas. C'était vraiment délicieux. Le personnel est très sympathique et très à l écoute. L atmosphère de l hotel est très chaleureux et c'est juste à côté de nos rendez-vous pour nos activités donc très pratique Je vous le recommande les yeux fermés.

This property is so nice. We were so happy. Igloos are good. Hotel rooms are OK. Not to big except suits. Luosto center is in walking distance.

Magnifique petit hôtel. Le personnel est vraiment souriant et gentil. Un havre de paix. Si vous y passez, profitez d'une halte au restaurant où la cuisine y est succulente et régionale. Sans oublier, les chocolats chauds :-) finlandais...un régal! Le confort des chambres est top. Si on devait donner un petit moins, il s'agirait des salles de bain. Elles sont très propres mais commencent à être vieillissantes.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und der Ofen im Zimmer ein echter Traum. Gerne wieder.

It was nice a little quiet because is not higuera sea son but really good if you enjoy to walk.

We spent two nights at Santa Aurora in an Igloo. The igloo was cute, warm and the view was spectacular as expected. Unfortunately their was no snow when we went, but that‘s not the Hotels fault ;) Either way we didn‘t expect it to be this quite, if you come before december be prepared that there are no shops and only 1-2 restaurants in the area, so you better rent a car in advance. The breakfast was nice and everyone was friendly, would come back to sleep in a snowy Igloo :)

We had a lovely time in this hotel. The rooms are cosy and comfortable and the breakfast is nice. The fire in the bar area is lovely to warm up with a hot drink after a cold activity. The staff make this hotel extra special and my grandaughter absolutely loved Rukka who always had lots of time for her and gave her a little trainee elf badge which she was very proud of. We were made to feel like friends by Rukka and she gave the hotel a warm and welcoming feel.
