This home does not have air conditioning although it stays fairly cool in the summer due to the elevation and fans that are available for your use. Hot tub and swimming pool are closed in off-season months; approximately mid-April to Memorial Day and Labor Day to Thanksgiving. Included in the price of your rental is an Administrative Fee for $59. This is required protection insurance provided by Waivo for up to $2500 in accidental damage.
