Great customer service. In particular, Kyle Royster was absolutely fantastic! I left a personal belonging (with a lot of sentimental value) at the property and he went above and beyond to make sure it got delivered back to me. This will be my new hotel of choice for all business and leisure trips!

Marcus Nelson was our server and he was great! He was extremely knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. The atmosphere of the restaurant was equally great. We had the ship cocktail, wings and burger. All items were great and portions were incredible.

My stay at the Thompson Atlanta was absolutely exceptional. I initially booked to experience the rooms and service, but I was blown away by the entire 5-star experience. The rooftop bar was a highlight, and I must give a special shoutout to Marcus Nelson, the bartender. His friendly demeanor and attention to detail made my visit even more memorable. I can't wait to return!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Thompson Atlanta - Buckhead during my October 2024 visit, and I must say, it was an absolutely remarkable experience. From the moment I arrived, I could tell this hotel was something special. Situated in the heart of Buckhead, this hotel boasts a prime location, providing easy access to the area’s upscale shopping, fine dining, and vibrant nightlife. Yet, once inside, the Thompson manages to create an oasis of calm and relaxation, a true escape from the bustling city. The moment I walked into the lobby, I was struck by the chic yet inviting ambiance. The decor is a beautiful blend of modern elegance and Southern charm, featuring sleek lines, plush seating, and tasteful art pieces. The attention to detail is evident, and it’s clear the designers have thought carefully about creating an atmosphere that’s both luxurious and approachable. The check-in process was seamless, with the front desk staff welcoming me with warm smiles and refreshing drinks. They were incredibly attentive, providing a quick overview of the hotel’s amenities and surrounding areas, and even offering some personalized recommendations for my stay. It was a wonderful start to what turned out to be an unforgettable visit. The rooms at the Thompson are nothing short of spectacular. I stayed in a King Room with a city view, and I was immediately impressed by the spacious layout and modern decor. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in – it felt like sinking into a cloud, thanks to the perfectly soft, yet supportive mattress and the fluffiest pillows imaginable. I can’t remember the last time I slept so well while traveling! The room also had floor-to-ceiling windows that offered stunning views of the Buckhead skyline, particularly breathtaking at night. The room was equipped with a range of thoughtful amenities, from a Nespresso machine for a quick coffee fix to a well-stocked mini-bar with locally sourced snacks. The bathroom was equally luxurious, featuring a rainfall shower, plush robes, and a selection of high-quality toiletries that added an extra touch of indulgence to my stay. Every detail, from the lighting to the linens, was clearly chosen with comfort in mind. One of the highlights of the hotel is its rooftop bar and lounge, where I spent an evening sipping cocktails and enjoying the panoramic views of Atlanta. The atmosphere was lively yet relaxed, with comfortable seating and ambient lighting that made it the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day. The drink menu was extensive, offering a variety of craft cocktails, local beers, and a well-curated wine list. I particularly enjoyed the signature cocktails, which were not only delicious but beautifully presented. The bartenders were friendly and knowledgeable, making great recommendations and even sharing a few local secrets about the city. We are staying at the hotel for the weekend and we stopped in for a drink and a quick bite to eat. Marcus was wonderful! We love staying at the Thompson hotel! We will definitely be back!! Everything was so nice, food was great and they even made some calamari for us!!

My room - and indeed the entire hotel from the lobby to the 10th floor restaurant - was beautiful. My fellow conference attendees raved after our first night at the anticipation of every need in the room and bathroom furnishings - simple things like ample hooks for hanging towels through to gentle, motion-sensor illumination of the bathroom floor in the middle of the night. On top of this, I was blown away by the staff. Every interaction I had, from the curb, to check-in, to simple questions and sharing an elevator ride with staff members was met with such kind, professional, and intentional care. I felt like royalty. Really, really exceptional experience.

The Dirty Rascal is where I’ve had the world’s MOST DELICIOUS, Espresso Martini. I don’t even like them and the Bartender Marcus Nelson, made one for me and it blew my mind. 10,10,10’s across the board. Promote him, give him a raise, and the plus is his service, attentiveness and kindness were stellar. Amazing time at the Thompson Hotel!

Excelente para congresos y turismo. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y confortables. Un hotel de Lujo. La zona donde se ubica es una zona con muchos árboles que la hacen totalmente Verde y al mismo tiempo muy elegante con casas muy grandes. Se requiere automóvil para poder desplazarse.
