RUN AWAY.. FAST. It was so dirty. The people at the desk barely speak English. Room was musty smelling, the one chest of drawers looked like it was in a fight with a lion, so scratched up. Curtain was ripped. No tissues in room. AND MOST OF ALL NO HOT WATER. Told front desk and they stared at me and at their computer, but offered no refund of help. HORRIBLE STAY. NEVER AGAIN. EVER

I stayed here 4/15/23. The room was filthy. Very little cleaning was done and it smelled like someone just used a lot of air freshener inside to cover the lack of actual cleaning. I asked the front desk 3 times to speak to a manager and left my phone number. They told me each time no manager was available. Numerous issues with my stay and I am beyond frustrated with the front desk staff’s lack of caring about the situation. -Unhealthy conditions in room. Drywall dust all in room. Even my jack that sat beside fan had white all over it the next morning when I picked it up. Had children in room and we breathed that all night. This is unacceptable. -Dirty floors & floors not properly installed. Food in floor/plastic bag etc. The floor was a tripping hazard. -Fighting and yelling in hallway all night. Was told by front desk staff they “don’t have control of what guests do. They can’t tell people to shut up”. Yes, actually you can require guests to act in a certain way or they can be told to leave. The police were involved at some point during the night, but it should not have taken over 3 hours to have this issue addressed. -***** at property. The amount of drug use at this property needs to be looked at. As soon as you walk in it reeked of *********. -The outside doors to property to not close so anyone can walk in. You do not need a room key card to enter the side entrances. This is unsafe. -Shower was not cleaned properly. Hair in shower. -Clogged sink. -Hair dryer broken and hanging off wall. All pictures sent to motel and showed front desk staff.

If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. The pictures that were advertised did not look like our room. There was a stain on the ceiling (I’m assuming water damage) stain on the bed headboard. Smelled like cigarettes in the room although we were in a non smoking room. Spiders greeted us in the hallway, the carpet smelled. We came in late, around 10 and the lady at the desk was very nice but our room was far from it. Very disappointed. I guess you get what you pay for. But for just a little more you could go to a better hotel down the street. I thought the room was very bad and we only stayed one night in the hotel because I felt so uncomfortable. We stayed last week and we’ve been trying to get a refund for the rest of our stay ever since. It’s like like pulling teeth. Mind you, we ordered the hotel through the hopper app and they’ve been trying to get through to the manager but apparently the manager has not been in the building. That’s a bad business if you can’t contact your manager for something like this. FOR MORE THEN A WEEK! Highly dissatisfied and disappointed.

I have been traveling to Pennsylvania for business at least twice a year for 15 years. This hotel charged us a $50 "rock star"deposit,against room damage,which i have never had in 50 years of business travel.I was told it would be refunded when we left,and was told at checkout it was,that was a bald faced lie,instead I was charged a second $50! After 21 days I finally managed to get all my money back. I have spoken to 4 different employees ,none of which solved my problem, and have asked for Mr Patel (owner/manager?)to call,no reply. Check all your paperwork before you check out,and get copies. be prepared for lackadaisical service at best and a scam at worst ,I will never stay at a Rodeway again.
