Ta' Tereza in Manwel Dimech

Struttura in una posizione abbastanza comoda e centrale. Nuovissima e molto pulita. Staff cordiale ed efficiente. Colazione continentale di qualità ottima. Assolutamente consigliata.

Nice stay overall and close proximity to Sliema Promenade. Enjoyed the roof top pool and lounge area too. There’s room for improvement with the continental breakfast options as this could have been more varied, also the bathroom was more like a wet room and got drenched after a shower.

The room is bigger than expected and very clean. The only fly in the ointment is that I wish the lights could be brighter. The staff are also very enthusiastic and gave a lot of travel suggestions. Recommend to everyone!

Estuvimos 5 días en octubre, y nuestra opinión es que tiene cosas buenas y no tan buenas. EL hotel es nuevo, y se nota, tanto en las instalaciones como en las habitaciones y mobiliario. Muy bien en eso. Está bien ubicado, en el centro de Sliema. El servicio de desayuno (buffet) también está bien, puedes tomarlo en el restaurante o en la terraza exterior, y el buffet está bien surtido. No es extraordinario, pero está bien, y la fruta es fresca. El personal es amable y atento, tanto en recepción como en restaurante. Ahora lo negativo: La wifi no va demasiado fina, y la televisión pierde la señal continuamente. El baño de la habitación es amplio, pero la mampara de la ducha es muy corta, y cada vez que te duchas, el baño se queda inundado. Lo más negativo, para nosotros, la limpieza de la habitación. Es inexistente. El servicio de habitaciones hace las camas, cambia toallas.... y ya está. La habitación está siempre sucia y desordenada. En resumen, está bien, pero tampoco lo recomendaría sin dudar, sobre todo por la limpieza.

The positives;- Ta Tereza is very clean, the staff are very courteous. A kettle and the smallest cups known to man were provided on request The negatives;- The hotel is at the top of a very long hill (around a mile) The area if seen on Goggle maps seems to be surrounded by various eateries. In truth it is on a plateau with a bakery/bar, several take aways and a Turkish kebab place. On our first night we were too tired to descend to the town proper so we elected to eat a t the hotel restaurant, we chose the Lamb Sharma but were persuaded to opt for the Cut of the day, this turns out to be half a kilo of beef sliced up and two small piece of carrot and a potato gratin as a side, we were staggered when the bill came to 80Euros, no drinks! The room itself had no safe (unusual) and it seems that the room had been wired for a double bed when instead a Queen size bed had been installed meaning that the electric socket sat where the pillow would sit, so you had the choice of a comfy pillow or no bedside light (see photo) We were placed in the annex which meant we had to go through the restaurant to access our room. There was s sign stating no food bought outside was to be carried through there after 6 at night, this further restricted choice in this culinary wasteland. The roof top bar was closed during our stay and despite the pool being very inviting there were only 6 sunloungers (one broken ) available

The location is pretty good, the staff are very helpful and nice. General condition of the hotel is good and pool is a nice space. However, there were a few key negatives. There are no safes in the rooms which is shocking, considering what they are charging. It means you have to carry all valuables with you. Breakfast is basic, and generally not kept warm I.e Lukewarm eggs. Our room had little natural light. Rooftop pool bar no longer open. Also they have random rules about not walking through the hotel after 6pm in beach wear, or with luggage which is problematic as it’s based over two buildings.

Par où commencer un hôtel énormément bruyant on entend tout aucune isolation, la porte a énormément de jour entre le mur et la porte ce qui laisse entrer la lumière du couloir qui reste allumée tout le temps, la clim se met en route dans la nuit toute seule, étant dans la chambre 1404 le robot de la piscine qui passe à 7h du matin pendant 40 minutes fait un bruit assourdissant, le petit déjeuner est pas varié d’un jour à l’autre c’est le même, la VMC dans la salle de bain fait un énorme bruit. Beaucoup d’humidité les affaires n’arrivent pas à sécher. Le seul point positif 15 minutes du port. Je n’ai jamais eu une expérience comme celle-ci dans un hôtel. On ne se repose pas car il y a du bruit en permanence. Je déconseille fortement !

Nous avons passé 6 nuits dans cette hôtel, et ces nuits n’ont pas été forcément reposante. Pour commencer, nous avons eu une chambre au premier étage. La fenêtre donnait sur une très petite « cour » et disons que la luminosité était comme inexistante (voir la photo, pour information la photo a été prise à 10h30 du matin). Ensuite, nous avons demandé a changé de chambre car toute la nuit nous avions un bruit incessant venant du tableau électrique et une climatisation qui s’allumait toute seule en plein milieu de la nuit, faisant au passage énormément de bruit. Pour les 5 nuits restantes nous avons eu une chambre au 4e étage.. et cette fois on avait la lumière. Quel bonheur d’avoir de la lumière naturel le matin ! Mais le repos n’a pas ete mieux. Pour commencer (et c’est le cas dans toute les chambres), à chaque fois que la lumière de la salle de bain est allumé la vmc se met en marche (et le bruit qui va avec), en soit c’est pas un problème, sauf que l’isolation très médiocre de l’hôtel fait qu’on entend même la vmc des voisins. Quand nos voisins rentrent à 5h du matin et prenne une douche, on entend aussi bien la ventilation que la douche.. Enfin l’isolation de la chambre, parlons-en, on entend les gens marcher dans le couloir, parler dans leur chambre et, pompons sur la Garonne, on entend même le robot de la piscine laver à 7h15 du matin !! Seuls points positifs, l’emplacement de l’hôtel qui se situe dans un quartier central et le personnel qui est très serviable mais ces points ne compensent pas le reste. En bref si vous chercher un hôtel pour faire le tour de Malte et vous reposer après de bonnes journée dans de magnifiques lieux, passer votre chemin

Posto vicino al porto dove fare escursioni, pulizia perfetta e personale molto disponibile , l’unica pecca è che nella reception l’addetto parlava solo l’inglese e questo è assurdo visto che i camerieri parlavano in italiano…. Grazie a Google ci siamo fatti capire, sconsigliato a chi a poca pazienza e non sappia parlare l’inglese.
