Absence d’équipement, confort et propreté des chambres inexistants, qualité de services médiocre voire inexistante, offre de restauration non conforme voire inexistante, petit-déjeuner minable. Il est indécent et scandaleux de vendre un tel établissement dans un tél état de délabrement et d'insalubrité à des prix d'hôtels 3*. La direction se moque complètement des réclamations des clients et les traite avec un grand mépris ! Honteux pour l'hôtellerie locale et le tourisme sur l'île !

I have written my review twice on TA but not seen it, so here we go for the first time. This hotel was family owned a t some point but now is owned by a chain, that doesn’t care or have no idea how to operate an hotel for the prices they charge. When we first arrived at this hotel (with does not have it's name outside!) we thought it was closed. The pool was roped off and an awful brown colour and there were no guests to be seen.. It wasn't closed and the pool was being treated - it was not available for the length of our stay. I believe it is open now. We were annoyed as one of the reasons for choosing this hotel was the fact that it advertised itself as having a pool. Out room was disappointing - the air conditioning did not work, it had no fridge (also advertised) and there was a dangerously broken floor tile. However, we were given another room. This was lovely, nice view, an attic room so it felt quite airy and had working air-conditioning and a fridge. The breakfasts are minimal (one day the milk was off) and the availability of fresh fruit sporadic. I don't think any more was ordered until the last piece had been consumed. At different times we had to ask for fruit juice, serviettes, knives, and a bread knife and tea towel for the loaves. It is in a wonderful location, it is clean and the staff will do their best to sort out problems. It needs some TLC. We won't be staying again

Ho soggiornato per una settimana presso questo hotel e purtroppo mi sento di confermare quanto riscontrato nelle altre recensioni. Le cose positive dell'hotel sono la posizione (davvero strategica per raggiungere tutte le spiagge più belle e comoda per prendere il bus per il centro) e il personale cordiale. D'altra parte l'hotel necessita di una seria ristrutturazione, nonchè di una migliore organizzazione e gestione: camere vecchie, con impianto di condizionamento che non funziona per tutte le stanze (diciamo che funziona solo su pressante richiesta), pulizia stanza (e soprattutto cambio biancheria!) ogni 2-3 giorni, colazione poco varia... insomma per certi versi mancano le basi per un 3 stelle...

Κακές εγκαταστάσεις, αλλά εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Όταν ήρθαμε δεν υπήρχαν οι κρατήσεις μας με αποτέλεσμα να καθυστέρησει πολύ το check in. Καθόλου value for money! Οι παροχές ανεπαρκείς, η πισίνα δεν ήταν αρκετά καθαρή. Παρόλη τη θέληση, την ευγένεια και τις φιλότιμες προσπάθειες του προσωπικού, δεν υπήρχαν διαθέσιμες πετσέτες για τα δωμάτια, κρεμάστρες στην ντουλάπα, WiFi, ούτε τηλέφωνο για να επικοινωνήσεις με τη ρεσεψιόν. Το προσωπικό στην προσπάθεια του να μας εξυπηρετήσει και να κάνει ευχάριστη τη διαμονή μας, μας σέρβιρε πρωινό και πέρα από τις καθορισμένες ώρες. ! Πρωινό basic!

L'albergo è ben posizionato e facilmente raggiungibile anche col bus. Stanze fatiscenti e poco pulite (la mia e quella di mio cognato), le rifanno ogni due giorni se ti va bene e in caso di bisogno devi sollecitare più volte un intervento. Solo su richiesta cambiano gli asciugamani. Manutenzione assente, ho chiesto più volte di cambiare il telefono della doccia che, se si cercava di appenderlo cadeva, ma ne hanno messo un altro uguale. Morale della favola per 10 gg mi son fatto la doccia con una mano sola...assenza della tenda doccia quindi ogni volta bagno tutto fradicio. Lavandino spaccato, sciacquone mal funzionante (c'era bisogno di due/tre scarichi). A parte la disponibilità personale dei due ragazzi del bar e di uno dei due receptionist (quello che faceva la notte) per il resto pochissima e insufficiente disponibilità del personale dell'albergo.
